That offside on the interception deep in KC territory was the game. That play stands the Giants probably leave Arrowhead with a win. Either KC has been figured out or its just one of those years for them. Penalties and turnovers they were sloppy. They have GB up next. Go Pack Go.

are the chiefs going to come out nowhere to steal the AFC #1 seed? 

 

they've now won four straight games and coming off a bye week. here's the rest of their schedule along with projected point spreads: 

 

vs denver (9 pt fav)

vs las vegas (9 pt fav) 

at la chargers (3 pt fav) 

vs pittsburgh (8 pt fav) 

at cincinnati (3 pt fav) 

at denver (6 pt fav) 

 

it's not crazy to think they'll run the table against this schedule and finish 13-4. 

 

the ravens (three losses) have a brutal remaining schedule and should drop at least two more. 

 

the titans (four losses) are an injured mess and will almost surely drop a game or two coming in.

 

the bills and pats (four losses each) play each other - and will probably split - and the bills also travel to tampa. 

 

it very easily could be KC getting the 1 seed.

I don’t even think it’s out of nowhere they just had a really front loaded schedule…all bets are off if we beat the pats Monday the 1 seed is truly up for grabs and I’m sure kc will be very thankful

well, the chiefs were 3-4, with a brutal looking stretch of games before their bye week — vs packers, at raiders on SNF, vs cowboys. obviously they ended up sweeping them (with an assist from rodgers via covid) but at the time it wasn't inconceivable to think they would come out of that stretch with two losses to bring their season total to 6 losses with six games to play.

They keep playing like they have been last few weeks it's definitely a possibility. If they do very good chance they win out. Hopefully everything comes together and Bills get hot and go on a streak of their own. If Bills play like we know they can then there's a good chance 1 seed comes down to the wire
