Yes, he is. He's our top Special Teams player and was re-signed as such in the offseason. Fans on this board love to write him and Mario Addison off the roster. But neither are going anywhere. Both being healthy scratches speaks to the disparity between a lot of fans feelings towards them vs. McBeane's.
