A vaccine for a rapidly mutating respiratory virus and friggin measles is well beyond comparing apples to oranges. I haven't looked into it, but this makes sense too. Note that to LEGALLY immigrate to the United States you must provide proof of up-to-date vaccinations. Illegally? Anything goes.
