Trump calls for the termination of the Constitution in Truth Social post

Former President Donald Trump called for the termination of the Constitution to overturn the 2020 election and reinstate him to power Saturday in a continuation of his election denialism and pushing of fringe conspiracy theories.

“Do you throw the Presidential Election Results of 2020 OUT and declare the RIGHTFUL WINNER, or do you have a NEW ELECTION? A Massive Fraud of this type and magnitude allows for the termination of all rules, regulations, and articles, even those found in the Constitution,” Trump wrote in a post on the social network Truth Social and accused “Big Tech” of working closely with Democrats. “Our great ‘Founders’ did not want, and would not condone, False & Fraudulent Elections!”

Fake news!
While his comments are typical hyperbole, Trump did not call for the “termination of the constitution” as your bold headline reports. Reading comprehension died somewhere along the way.

Trump is not the most eloquent of writers but yeah that’s not what he was calling for.

OK what was Trump calling for ?

He wasn't calling for the termination of the Constitution.  Use more critical thinking when reading past headlines, especially ones as bombastic as that one.

So get rich and sue the media for a false and libel  headline

Huh? It’s not an opinion piece. It’s a synopsis of a TWEET. You can’t read a tweet? It is, by definition, very few words. Blaming your lazy copy and paste on the media seems a bit odd. The proper response would be “my bad, that headline is wrong”.

So blame the media for your lack of critical thinking.

Now to be fair I've fallen for the headline interpretation too.   LOL

My critical thinking is fine , just pointing out what is out there and it is not good .
