Now all I can find is the frozen one that has to thaw before slicing. Its not bad but not like the home made version. Mmm... snouts, ears, innards, fat, seasoning. I was a little confused by its existence as it essentially looks like Sausage living on the edge of reality. Hits the pallet ok, but not a fan of the aftertaste. That might be the iron from the "sweet meats". Scrapple is something that I can eat 5-6 times a year and it has to be fried crispy. 1/2" slices seem the best.
