Pete
I broke my fall with my hands and now my left arm hurts when I try and straighten it or bend it. Any suggestions how to treat it? The pain is around the elbow and tricep. My back brake pads are shot( I didnt realize how bad). I was cranking and hit both my front and back brakes and only the front worked. BF_in_Indiana
Try some ice. It's probably sprained. I gotta ask you, why do people insist on doing stuff like that on their motorcycles? It screws with the brakes and you can get hurt bad.

BF_in_Indiana
Its a bicycle and I wasnt screwing around 309936[/snapback] Ah I figured it as being a motorcycle. Usually people do endos on those sports bikes. I saw a video of a guy doing one that crashed into the back of another rider. It was terrible. Phlegm Alley
I just healed (not 100% however) from 2 fractured wrists that I endured while playing indoor touch football. I had been rendered unable to type until the doc cleared me a couple days ago.

UConn James
Guys, it sounds like the hard braking (and subsequent revelation that one didn't work) was done out of necessity, not for sh--s and giggles. As for the injury, Pete, get a date with a nurse.

Just took like Motrin or something like that. Still, I did have it checked out by an orthopedic surgeon because I was in there any way for knee pain. What a mess I was
