Your forgetting the Dolphins who I still think will finish no worse than 10-6 and get one of the WC spots again which essentially means the Bills are battling these other teams for one spot. It's impossible for Buffalo to rebound from It, the Dolphins were a playoff team last year and therefore are a playoff tea.
