To be honest it didn't start that way . First couple seasons were good. Fell of the rails 3 or 4 seasons ago. Rinse, wash and repeat plotlines. Watch it because the wife still likes it. I never really got into TWD and whenever I feel like binge watching it i balk because I've heard others with similar opinions as yours.
