If someone walks outside in the ghetto and gets shot, the chances are almost non existent that it would be by a cop. Sadly, some remain inside and get hit by stray bullets. What makes you think that most poor inner city people fear police officers more than they fear many of their neighbors? Are you talking from experience, or did you read about this in a Hillary Clinton coloring book that was laying around the Dem. National Convention? Who said anything about Hillary, chump?
