I'll be happy if the oven repair guy gets his butt here tomorrow after tearing then whole thing apart last Wednesday and leaving it in pieces because he ordered the wrong parts (burner valves). THANKS will be given if this clown actually shows up for a change and puts it all back together. It's a 6 burner gas range that had only 2 burners wacky. I still could have done Thanksgiving for 16. Fixed in the nick of time (by the man who had apparently not bathed since I'd seen him a week earlier) . I'm only mildly ashamed of threatening to sue the bastards, but they certainly deserved it. Turkey day is 80% my wife's thing, but family remains in town and I do the next two nights. She says turkey is easy, and people are stating they are more interested in the next two dinners. No pressure.... Beef tenderloin Friday followed by Greek chicken Saturday. http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/bobby-flay/butterflied-chicken-greek-style-recipe.html After the first time I started buying parts, but in general it's a big hit.
