Forget any talk about any playoff scenarios.

This is the only game that matters. Nothing that came before and anything later simply does not matter. Buffalo NEEDS to stay completely focused on the game at hand. This is where Belichik is a master; keeping his team focused on the game at hand. I am not a big fan of Rex, but if he can keep the team completely focused on the here and now and the team they are about to play, we can win. I don't care about any other game right now; it is ALL about Jacksonville.

Focus also means we need to keep discipline and NOT take so many stupid penalties. This has been a great improvement this year over the last few, but I fear of sliding back into old bad habits. C'mon Rex; keep the team focused and poised and they will do what needs to be done; WIN! We could have ran away with last weeks game, but our own mistakes held us back and kept Cincy in the game. We have to take care of our business first, and thinking ahead does not help that. Get to Bortles, shut down the outside passes, minimize penalties.

Go BILLS!!

Buffalo Bills Week 12 injury report: Updates on Sammy Watkins, LeSean McCoy, Mike Gillislee: http://trib.al/vfdCyTO

Watkins was limited in practice on Thursday along with linebacker Jerry Hughes (hand), running back LeSean McCoy (thumb), linebacker Lorenzo Alexander (ankle), left tackle Cordy Glenn (back), defensive tackle Corbin Bryant (shoulder) and tight end Charles Clay (knee). Meanwhile, wide receiver Percy Harvin (illness), wide receiver Robert Woods (knee), running back Mike Gillislee (hamstring), offensive tackle Seantrel Henderson (personal) and safety Robert Blanton (foot) all didn't practice on Thursday.

Gillislee was added to the injury report with a hamstring injury on Wednesday and Ryan said there is "real concern" over whether he will be available when the Bills play the Jaguars on Sunday.

Week 12 predix: Chiefs or Broncos on Sunday night?
The Broncos and Chiefs are both 7-3, nipping at the Raiders' heels in the loaded AFC West. Will Von Miller and Co. sack Alex Smith on Sunday night? Elliot Harrison forecasts Week 12.

Oh, boy. So the Jaguars haven't won a game in over a month, and the Bills have their playoff destiny in front of them. With Sammy Watkins slated to return and a back sked that shouldn't put Rex Ryan's team on the skids, expect Buffalo to handle Blake Bortles on Sunday. One way for Jacksonville to slow that down would be to run right at Dennis Thurman's defense, but Chris Ivory and T.J. Yeldon ran 21 times against the Lions' front on Sunday and only came away with 55 rushing yards. With the offense sputtering, Gus Bradley can ill-afford a massive special teams breakdown like last week. Buffalo moves to 6-5. #JAXvsBUF
