Not Like This Is A Surprise

The day I think of Facebook as a news source is the day you get to call me blind.

The day I believe the crap Facebook puts in my face is the day you get to call me partisan.

Both dates have not yet come.

Certainly , it is not required for you to think of facebook as a news source, but to deny it's influence on others is a great example of your blindness

Where is Facebooks claim to unbias? Must've missed that.

Yes, you did.

Facebook’s Zuckerberg Denies Bias, Wants to Meet ‘Leading Conservatives’

Did you hear it from B-man?

lybob gives a splendid example of why I post articles from conservative sites,

Mr. Zuckerberg's denials of bias have been all over that part of the media.

He (and fireChan) would not have demonstrated their ignorance if they would read more of those sources.

that's why I post them.

I can find it online in a few seconds...............

“We’ve built Facebook to be a platform for all ideas. Our community’s success depends on everyone feeling comfortable sharing anything they want,” Mr. Zuckerberg said in a post afterward. “It doesn’t make sense for our mission or our business to suppress political content or prevent anyone from seeing what matters most to them.”

At the same time, he said he realized that “many conservatives don’t trust that our platform surfaces content without a political bias.”

It's amazing that a news provider can claim to be unbiased or fair and balanced when they are obviously not - take that "Face News" or is it "Fox Book"

Has anyone ever claimed FoxSnooze is unbiased? Rupert Murdoch has stated explicitly that it's a conservatively-biased news network.

We're on the verge of electing a president from reality TV. Might as well whine about the journalistic integrity of Facebook news.

I'm not sure Hill'ry actually will be elected. I am sure she is one of the two stars in a long-running drama about a country where voters kowtow to those who deliver the most freebies.

Get it right. It's a reality TV self promoter vs a maleficent scheming sell out.

Don't confuse the two.
