Bucks give up the #1 overall and a proven #7.... .....for the #20, two firsts in later years, three 2nds, two thirds.....and a non franchise QB. What would Evans be worth as a solo trade in this situation? The #20, two 2nds, a 3rd and Foles? If that seems roughly correct then they will be trading the #1 for two future 1sts, a 2nd and a 3rd......which does not seem a good deal to me. Personally, I think it is lazy reporting but give Kelly's love of Oregon guys, maybe there is some truth. If he really believes MM is that good, they should do it.
