Tyrod's Tailor
You forgot to add "IMO." IMO, he was sitting on the couch with 3 weeks to go until the season. Actually, that was a fact. IMO, he has 25 wins in his career, while Thad and Tuel have two. Edited August 12, 2014 by billsfaninmanhattan
YoloinOhio
IMO, he has 25 wins in his career, while Thad and Tuel have two. Why didn't any teams have an interest in him with all those wins? It's about what he can do in 2014, not 2006. Tyrod's Tailor
Why didn't any teams have an interest in him with all those wins? It's about 2014. I don't know, I'm not the GM of any of the 31 teams that didn't offer him a deal. Do you seriously think Jeff Tuel, he of the four college victories, is better? Mango
Am I the only one questioning this move. Is Pettine not happy with Manziel? Is Manziel the starter, and Hoyer is being moved? This move doesn't make a ton of sense to me for the browns. I get insurance policy, but generally not something you talk about when you have 2 QBs on the roster. In fact if you lost 2, you need more than an insurance policy, you ned a prayer book

That tell me all I need to know about Grossman. Don't know if Tuel is better. He has only played 1.5 games. Just know Grossman is bad. Am I the only one questioning this move. Thigpen wasn't good enough to outweigh the benefit Shanahan sees of having Grossman in the film room. I am sure they hope he doesn't take a reg season snap, as he hasn't played since 2011. mattsox
Glad. Dont need an old ass guy who was never really good anyway. My sentiment x 100!
Tyrod's Tailor
Just know Grossman is bad. Not disagreeing, but still am quite worried about depth at QB. Would feel much better if any sort of veteran was on the roster.

This we agree on! The perfect backup would be someone like Hasselbeck in Indy.

Good to know how many of us on the board don't want him on the Bills though….
FLFan
He has not played in two years and I am sure the Browns are hoping he does not have to play there either.
