In the announcement over the PA, the ref said, "Personal Foul. Number __. Giving him the business. 15 yards, first down." Tasker said that happens a lot in the piles after a tackle. The nickname for William Fuller (DT for the Oilers and Eagles) was the nutcracker because of what he did in fumble piles.
