There is already a thread on this topic, but I'll respond briefly anyway. The CEO in question said no such thing. In fact he specifically says that he respects their franchise and that they should feel free to vote for whomever they think best represents their values. Furthermore, he has no way of knowing who they vote for. He certainly isn't planning on being in the booth with them. This is wrongly conflating voter intimidation with expressing what his plans for his business will be if the entire country re-elects the sitting president. (to sell it and retire) Furthermore, in doing so he has actually done his employees a service by giving them a full month to build a contingency plan so they can prepare. This situation couldn't possibly be more different than a union actively intimidating, and imposing fines on, members who won't actively support their preferred candidate leading into the election. It also wouldn't be surprising that an Obama knob bobber would be too stupid to understand the difference between being able to evaluate the political leanings of one high-profile person (like the owner of an auto dealership) verses doing so for thousands of very low-profile people (like rank and file employees of a large company).
