Livinginthepast
How Mario Williams has been completely neutralized for the first 4 games. He obviously was a monster in Houston, he has the talent and he doesnt appear to be hurt. Are they double teaming him in each game? Shouldnt that free up someone else to get to the QB? Is it the type of D that the Bills are playing, the schemes. Seriously can anyone explain why he has been basically invisible?
Bufcomments
The most overpaid non-factor in the league. This is the game we got him for and he did nothing. Very disappointed and I like to hear your thoughts. Edited September 30, 2012 by Bufcomments
TheBrownBear
he's always been overrated. He's a poor mans phil hansen. He's not an elite pass rusher.
mellaman101
Come on guys, he is a sure target out there and takes pressure of other defenders. This entire D was owned today. The problem is Dave Wannstedt
Best Player Available
Poor scheming or not, I just didn't see the guy trying. Bull rush? There were zero that I could see. He disrupted nothing. Can't wait for the obligatory posts that he was double and triple teamed. LOL
5 Wide
he's always been overrated. He's a poor mans phil hansen. He's not an elite pass rusher. I'd say he's a rich man's Chidi Ahanotu

5 Wide
Mario Williams will generate the Lee Evans myth. A guy who does nothing but "makes the other guys better"
Dorkington
Haven't been impressed, but yes better than the guys behind him on the depth chart...

The problem is Dave Wannstedt Wanny cant tackle for them. I saw lots of missed tackles. But I didnt think Mario got even a pressure on Brady. Juice_32
I've defended him, but today was disheartening. For $100 mil you'd like to see a little fire and passion.

jad1
Yeah, Wannstedt isn't doing anything to help this guy, but with that said, you still have the expectation that he would win his share of one-on-one battles.
dubj04
He has to play better, but a predictable defense the whole game isn't helping any of the d-line be successful. It's easier to block anybody if I no where he is and what he's doing on every snap.
TheBrownBear
I'd say he's a rich man's Chidi Ahanotu lol. Well put. But I seem to remember washed up ol' chidi having more of an impact than stupor mario.

Maybe Coach Chan needs to call him out in the press. I would question how motivated the guy is.
