Well, all that they need this offseason to be competitive next year is:

1. starting caliber QB

2. pass rusher

3. pass rusher

4. #1 WR

5. good TE

6. outside LB

7. outside LB

8. NFL caliber defensive coordinator

9. haven't even talked about the OL...

Now, that should be very doable - UGH

Don't be greedy!

Assuming Kyle Wiliams is healthy and Darius, one pass rusher will do. Chandler at Tight End is OK too. I'd cross those two off your list. I don't think their offensive line is in that bad of shape assuming Woods is back. Hairston looked pretty good for a rookie, give him a year, think he'll be OK. Bell while he's played OK is too much a health risk to count on. So I think ther'd be fine with one O-lineman.

One thing's for sure, no matter how pathetic the state of the franchise is...

the Billievers will be shouting "this is our year" like morons(once again) come next September with a 3rd rate qb and very little talent behind him to back up their claim. Never let the facts get in the way of their usual "delusions of grandeur".

The pass rushers ARE the OLB's on a 3-4, silly.

I have no problem with Chandler at TE.

Other than that you're spot on.
