The game is a sellout but because some season ticket opted not but playoff tickets, and there may be additional security delays because it is a national game, there "MIGHT" be empty seats? I'm willing to bet that if you looked at the number of black outs per year, you would see that there were FAR more back then. The New England market is top 5 in the US with only a 68k seat stadium. Remember it is actually closer to Providence then Boston so add in ALL of New England....CT, NH, VT, MA, RI.....that is a huge population base for a small stadium.
