Plus the last head coach we had named Chuck took us to the playoffs. They could not hire a coach without a GM in place. Nix said they want a coach with experience. That eliminates every assistant on the Bills staff. The biggest obstacle the Bills face in hiring a coach is not the city or the team. It's the franchise's future.
