so did T.O. WHAT A B word!!!!!!

Every player on the team should have just walked off the field. How do you not accept a penalty that pushes a team out of FG range and at least force them to get it back? Unbelievable was Gannon's call and he's absolutely right. Unbelievable.

It's all of the coaching.

QB sneak when you've got two good runs to take it to 3rd and a long 1???

Defensive play calls on third and long? Leaving Chris Johnson wide open???

Not calling a timeout at the end of the first half with 55 seconds and a 1 yard loss to Chris Johnson???

Yanking Trent Edwards because you think he'll get hurt???

There are about a million more, and that's just today. His blunders are mounting, and mounting, and his stats are decreasing with hilarity. I actually loathe Dick. He just doesn't show enough intelligence and wherewithal to actually change things when they aren't working.

And with 2 weeks to prepare, he gives them all multiple days off from practice and they come out with a mistake-filled, double digit penalty performance. Way to keep them sharp.

So right. TE doesn't make those rushed throws if he only has to come up with 7 instead of 10.

Can we just :wallbash: in fire him already and put us all out of our misery?

Please. Something positive from the season...really, what's he built in 2009 (or been building over the last 4 years- that's 4 preseasons, 4 drafts and 3+ 9games seasons to stamp his personality, his philosophy on this team) to see positive results possible in 2010. You know the "youth", "injuries" and it's "hard to win in the NFL" is coming...

amen.

Seriously why the hell did he not accept the penalty to push them out of FG range. After that it was all downhill

Did you catch third and long three plays earlier? It wasn't the right call, but it was one that maybe half the coaches in the league make there. It's not a typical Jauron blunder where he's the only one ever who would make that decision.

Are you suggesting that because the Titans converted a 3rd and long earlier in the game, you don't push them out of FG range and force them to convert a 3rd and long again? You do realize that a 10point lead with 3and half minutes left, and this offense, is a near insurmountable lead.

I'm not justifying the call at all. I'm just saying that it really isn't one of Jauron's worst. At least there was an argument for declining. We had them to 3rd and like 14. 51 yard field goals aren't exactly gimmies. I don't know what I would have done. Our defense vs. Chris Johnson on 3rd down, how do you know they don't easily pick up the ten yards right back?
