  1. Now we are talking! Healthy Oline Best 1-2 punch in running backs in the whole league Fitz makes a bounce back The D wakes up and takes full responsibility for the first time this year. Honestly, you could not have picked a better time for Merriman to come back. You will see that there is a fire being lit before the Houston game.
  2. Why can the Jets play houston tough to the end? Why did Green Bay wipe them all over the mat? Come on people, put a little faith back into the season. Too early to give up this year, too early and no fun....
  3. If the Bills lose this game (and they won't), I will not post again until after the season is over. Does not mean much to you but I like to express some opinions once in a while..... To victory
  4. It's time to turn the page as Bills fans once and for all. The cloud has hung over this team far too long. The belief is somewhere within that lockerroom and I believe that it will most definitely exude in Houston. These guys are going to will themselves to victory and the negativity will start to turn to expectations, even higher than before the season started.
  5. Put the negativity aside and just tell yourself that the whole season depends on this game. When they win, continue it for the next week. The Bills WILL be back in the race. Fitz has played his worst, Mario has played his worst, Anderson has played his worst. These are not bad players, they have just played badly for various reasons. The line is healthy, the defense will rise and thes rest is history. Watch for Fitz to have his best day thus far. It is coming indeed.....
  6. Not only has every finger been pointed at every player, coach and management position over the the last month but the collective army of fans across this great nation has lost hope. The Bills will take these two weeks, re-energize and most importantly restore the faith that we all once had in this team many years ago. I believe that THEY have had enough of the losing and together as team and fans, we will rejoice the biggest victory this team has had since I don't even know when. This victory will not be won in vain like last year's New England game, THIS victory will propel them to then beat the teams we all saw as victories before the season started. This team will not wait until the Miami night game to win, rather use that game to show the national audience that we are rejoining the rest of the contenders to take our rightful spot in the 2012/2013 playoffs. Good Day To All!
  7. The Miami Thursday night game WILL be an important game once again. The season seems to be dead to a lot of people and with hockey on life support, the Bills will make it an interesting December after all. Congrats to the Bills for an incredible victory!
  8. Bills are beating Houston and the lights go back on.......
  9. They cannot let this line go backwards. If Byrd hits FA, you tag Levitre
  10. You know what I think is the strangest part about Bills fans (including myself) - it's that the season has been declared over and the team sits one game behind first place. How do we as fans get past this irrational thinking and put a positive spin on it? Getting back on track to tie the Patriots record seems like it is literally IMPOSSIBLE when in fact all it might take is a win there in two weeks. The cloud will continue as long as the team and its' fans believe it to be true. Some day, some day indeed.
  11. Maybe it starts with Tebow! Talk about positive mental energy....
  12. Ok, so I will be the first person to admit that I think the Bills are heading for 3-6 and another long season. Here is my question though - As of about 3 years ago, I watched that movie The Secret which I'm sure many people here have heard about. Basically, it talks about how your positive thoughts can bring about positive vibes from the universe. See things as already done and they will be. Say thank you as if it has already happened and not just wanting it to happen. After seeing this movie, I read a few books on it and I really started applying to important parts of my life (work, family, health of others, etc..). Within a few months, i had a record year in business and have doubled that ever since. I really go about life in quite a positive way and I got to thinking, why have I never applied this to the Bills? It is the one thing in my life that I truly can't get past the negative. Is it because in other areas (like sales), I have control over it? Is there such an overwhelming dark cloud of negativity hanging over this team. I mean think about it, if they are winning with a few minutes to go by 6 points, how many hundreds of thousands of thoughts are being thrown out there at once saying "you just know they are going to blow this somehow." Anyway, I could go on forever about this stuff because I believe it has turned my business life around. I know 99% of the responses to this will be "whatever" but for the few out there that have also practiced this way of thought, what do you believe? Who's up for a positive resurgence the day of the Texans game. Who knows, if enough vibe is thrown out there, anything could happen. Well, I just thought it was odd that I could be so negative about something and it is the one thing that does not fall into practice what you preach......
  13. Uhh, yea - that's how I live my life. I have chosen not to let the Bills sour my mood any longer so actuuualy, i am pretty upbeat and positive about things I can control. The Bills have proven to be an utter failure year after year sooo not really to worried about it. As far as a sure thing, it is about as close you can get with the way these guys play.
  14. What I really don't understand is why is that Buffalo is NEVER the team to pull the big upset? I mean, can anyone honestly see the Bills not getting wiped up by the Texans and Patriots. Even the super crappy teams end up pulling off a major effort and upset someone once in a while. I think winning in Houston would be as possible as winning the Super Bowl - this is the NFL right?
  15. I just think it would be smart to get some of the guys who may have talent on the field without having to worry about mistakes. This offense NEEDS to have Graham, Chandler and Stevie more involved. If Fitz can't do that, put in someone and see. For the secondary or LBs, try some things out and they may be suprised. Moore is really stepping up and I am very curious to see Brooks.....
  16. Also, how about Jon Beason if he loses his position to Kuechly. Does not look like he will play weakside so he could be ripe for the picking. This could REALLY be a step in the right direction.... http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2012/10/24/jon-beason-likely-needs-knee-surgery-headed-to-ir/
  17. Once they hit the the 3-6 mark, who could get the experience on defense that has not got a look yet? Isn't Brooks ready to come back soon? Get Mario the surgery, play Brooks, Merriman, who else? If effort is truly been the problem, I say you send a big message for the second half of the season. If Kelsay and Moore are showing the most effort, maybe there are other guys that can step up. As far ast the offensive side of the ball, it is time to get Chandler back in the game and really make the most of Graham. If that means getting Tavaris activated, so be it. This team needs to start playing for 2013 because this defense is just brutal. At the very least, find out which players are going to be part of the team that finally gets a look at the playoffs.....
  18. It is clear as crystal, this idiot needs to get out of my city yesterday. He has reached all time despised player status in my book.
  19. The fact that this is even being said tells me that this team is still light years away from competing . Seriously, this team is filled with a bunch of losers with a loser attitude. Coaching coaching coaching. A bunch of pansies too scared to call anyone out (coaches especially). This city needs the Bears
  20. This team has no qb and coaching so what did you really expect? By the way, the Dallas Monday night loss blew this out of the water. Bills/titans - two meaningless teams...
  21. The strange thing about this Bills team is that I thought the only teams the Bills could beat are the ones with mediocre offense AND mediocre defense. I would definitely put the Titans in that category and the fact the Bills lost AT HOME to them is even more disturbing. Here is what the Bills have left: Houston - yikes, just stay home. Patriots - keep staying at home and just pretend the bye is 3 weeks long Miami - Middle of the road O with a strong D. Don't see a win here Colts - no idea so will give it a W Jags - pretty sure this will be a W Rams - middle of road O with solid D. - had this in loss column after seeing their D on that Thursday night game Seahawks - If Fitz is still breathing by this game, he might want to fake an injury because I think they have the best D in the league Miami - In Miami, definite loss. When was the last time we beat these guys in Miami? Jets - NY will probably be playing for a wilcard even if they are at 8-7. They will end the Bills season with another crushing blowout that will end the coaching career of Gailey Soooo, i am thinking 5-11 gets a pretty good shot at a QB and they better not blow it this time. A new coach HAS to come in and that person can try and get HIS guy to start things off in 2013.
  22. Make up for today's loss by beating someone you shouldn't or the season is over for me. Arrive at Miamni game with a 3-6 record and I start the play tough but lose out. The Bills seem to be the worst team in the division AGAIN and it is just ridiculous to stay on the path they are on right now (no QB, bad coaching and hopefully more REALLY bad coaching on the defnsive side.) I refuse to believe that the front 4 are being coached properly. Jets have played every team but Niners tough Miami might even be playing better than the Jets and kickers have kept them from leading the division Patriots are the Patriots and the Shills are STILL looking up to all 3. 3-6 while hoping to sweep the rest of the season - nope.
  23. Like it really matters. We are going to wish that idiot kicker in AZ made that kick last week when it's all said and done.
