The first place these coaching candidates are going to go for info is Chan and you know he is going to shed a positive light on a team who he thinks is not very far away. You have sen what other coaches and players have been saying about their former teams so believe it or not, Buffalo is going to look more attractive than people are led to believe....

Russ says Buddy is the best talent evaluator he knows.....how is that QB talent evaluation coming along? What a bunch of garbage talk....first they think Edwards is the guy and then they become unbelievably stubborn with their decision on Fitz (not to mention WRONG). Is nobody going to ask this????

And some folks still think Chan is an offensive genius.....to each their own

Fire is definitely overrated but I sure would not mind seeing some after the last 3 coaches. I also think that my 12 year stint in Chicago may be skewing my thoughts a bit. I know it would be a risky move but I would love nothing more than finding a young innovative coach who can put together game plans that reallyyyy gets this talent we have on the right track. Can our GM pull that out of his hat? Not sure.....some of these college names are intriguing but also risky. If the Bills can actually find their QB for the first time in 15 years, whoever they pick will look like the right one....

I have not read the whole thread and yes, he has done pretty well with not the greatest of qbs. Chicago is one of the teams I hear A LOT about from people there and it's is eerily familiar to the problems here. New, fresh up and comer who holds people accountable and dare I say .........shows a little fire.

Doesn't adjust game plans after halftime and NEVER holds players accountable. Jeez H Chriminey, have we not had enough of that crap!? The players love him because they are always safe. What was his main goal when hired - beat the Packers. How did that work out? I MAY want him for DC but head coach? Ugh......

This team is a competent D coordinator and top MLB from being a top 10 D within a year......

Thanks for the heads up, I thought that hint was funny. Honestly, there is nobody else that I would rather play over the next 2 weeks than the Texans and the Pats. I love playing the best teams because it is the only true measuring stick that tells you where the team stands. The Bills failed miserably against the first 2 tests and now is the time to find out the answers. Adversity and the loss of another season is staring them right in the face so let's see what they have. Almost every one of them has been called out and for a defense that looks like it should be A LOT more talented, I am anxious to see the results. There would be nothing worse than to play a team like Jax this Sunday so enjoy the battle.

here is where the problem lies. The Bills CLEARLY have players that DO need to be motivated for whatever reason. You have management that One, are not drafting the proper guys to get it done on heart alone and TWO, don't have the coaches to "coach them up" now that they are here.

You could at least have him come in and compete with the rookie QB they ae going to draft......
