  1. All I can tell you about that poll is that there is absolutely no way Darryl Talley should have beaten out The Thurmanator
  2. That I can agree with, as long as he shows up for work.
  3. Where do you get the idea the team is unwilling to negotiate a new deal? Russ Brandon has clearly stated that they would be happy to have talks with Peters... as soon as he shows up and starts doing his job.
  4. He can't play for a season and leave, he is under contract for three more years and has two more seasons to free agency(it could actually be three now, I think he has missed the deadline to get credit for this season). The only way he gets out of B-Flo before then is if the Bills release him, and I don't see that happening.
  5. I have to disagree. The Bills have stated that they would have no problem negotiating with Peters for an extension, all they ask is that he does his job and shows up for camp. The organization is doing exactly the right thing. If Peters wants a new contract, he can get one, Russ Brandon has said so. I would never give an employee a raise, regardless of how good he is at his job, if his negotiating tactic was to not show up for work. I'd simply find somebody else to do the job.
  6. Will be in camp before the preseason ends - He knows on which side his figurative bread is buttered
  7. Do Nothing. He and his agent know the deal, show up and we'll talk about it.
  8. But it's not delivery! It's... oh... fuggit.
  9. That's the idea. It's one long running Dick (Jauron) joke, with a little (Spencer) Johnson in there for good measure.
  10. Dude, it's nothing to do with x-factor or anything of the like. Follow the linkage. http://buffalobills.com/blog/index.jsp?post_id=3847
  11. Obviously you read to much into my post. I don't place much stock in pre-season. I was simply commenting that it was nice to see and I hope that it is a sign of things to come, not saying that it is a surefire sign of the *pats downfall. Read and respond to what I write, as it is, don't try to see more than what is there.
  12. Just saw the first drive of the NE-TB game, and Tampa Bay completely had their way with the pats* starting defense on a long TD drive that ate 9:38 off the clock. Then NE's offense came out under Cassell and did absolutely nothing. I have to say, these are encouraging signs.
  13. sth-taaawp it!! (just sound it out people)
  14. Please watch your mouth. The Chroise crashed the board once, he just may do it again. And I don't know about you, but I do not want to be on the receiving end of whatever else he may be capable of! LONG LIVE THE ALL-POWERFUL CHROISE!!!
  15. I was born and raised in the Bay Area, I just recently relocated. I couldn't help but but chuckle a bit when I kept hearing Nate Cluh-ments. As for TKO, it is sad to see his career crash and burn so spectacularly after his injury. I was a big fan when he was in B-Flo and hope he can manage to resurrect himself in SF(as long as he stinks it up when they come to town to face the Bills).
  16. Brady makes BB, not the other way around. If Brady is unable to play, the pats* would be lucky to be an average team. You can have all the great receivers and TEs you want, but if Cassell is the one under center, they will hardly be able to touch the ball.
  17. No, how dare you... I would have to agree that my Bills tattoo would also charge right off of my skin at even the slightest thought of an aquamarine f@g-rag touching my skin.
  18. I have to agree with MattM. The Pats* D is aged, almost to the point of antique. If they have to spend even 35 minutes on the field in a game, they will be sucking wind, reaching for their walkers and struggling to even keep up with a young, healthy team. I'd love to see an exhausted Seau or Bruschi try to man up and tackle beast mode 1-on-1 toward the end of a game, they might break a hip. I hope they bring their "help, I've fallen, and I can't get up" buttons!
  19. Again I say, don't question the Chroise. He sees all and hears all. His cool blend of Charisma and Poise will carry him onto the team and his mere presence on the sideline will strike fear into the opponent. They will also be totally distracted and mesmerized by his supremely rugged good looks and be unable to focus on the game. The Chroise is a weapon without even stepping onto the field.
  20. In a system he is not entirely familiar with and with players with whom he is not entirely familiar, I'm sure he will give our DBs plenty of opportunity to pad their INT numbers. Not to mention, it will take more than just a QB to turn the Jests around. They have many other places with subpar talent (primarily the defense) Favre will be playing a lot of catch-up, which only results in desperate and dangerous throws from #4. He will definitely throw more INTs than TDs this season and the Jests will finish 6-10 at best.
  21. Per the Sirius 2 minute drill last night, Brady is staying behind in NE due to a foot injury. If the Pats* don't mess around with the injury report, why has Brady been questionable for every game for the last two seasons at least, due to the supposed shoulder.
  22. I'm thinking we'll see Youboty stick around and make a decent contribution this year. The CB I expect to see gone is Will James, he just doesn't seem to be making an impact at all and he is getting beaten by TEs, RBs and slot receivers. It seems like whenever I see a catch made against our nickel package, Will James comes running into the picture once somebody else has already caught up to the play and all but made the tackle.
