  1. How about some calming runs?
  2. Whaley, man, he's looking worse and worse as time goes on. And he looked back at the time. Three first-round picks for Watkins and Manuel.
  3. Right. He's statistically the best qb in the league when he's not under pressure.
  4. It's easy to think it'll be next year of the year after. But the Bills' time might be now. Hard to get my mind around that. I almost want them to stretch it out over two or three years so I can enjoy it more. But, who knows? Maybe they'll win the SB four times in a row!
  5. What do you like about him? Really, I'm curious. I haven't seen him much, but he strikes me as an whiny twit. Am I wrong?
  6. This is what the Bills have done all season. No killer instinct. It's like they think it would be rude to go up by too much or to not give the other team a sporting chance. If it's the same pattern, the Steelers will score a TD, the Bills will punt, and it will be a nail biter, with the Bills just barely hanging on.
  7. Well, I thought this quarter would be worse. Three and out then a defensive breakdown. Pleasantly surprised.
  8. The Bills and Steelers essentially gave each other TDs. So the difference is the drive that led to a field goal, helped by the RTP penalty. And the missed extra point, of course. Pretty impressive defenses on both sides.
  9. Not sure if you're serious, but he really has come on since game 5 or so.
  10. My guess is that Knox was supposed to cut to the outside, away from the coverage. That would be like him to blow it.
  11. It might be time to give up on Knox. Second big fumble on the season, along with numerous dropped passes in his career. Spotty blocker... What does he bring? Good looks? A lovely personality? He's not just not helping the team, he's hurting it.
  12. They seem to be rushing just four and getting to Allen, with lots of db's to cover the wr's.
  13. Funny to say this about an 11-1 team, but you can't let them hang around.
  14. Any stats on interceptions that aren't interceptions, like the Kroft catch-that-wasn't? I didn't hear the announcers explaining that one away.
  15. How did he get to be a first-round pick with such a weak arm? Fitz's is much better.
  16. But...but...but...he's the GOAT, the Perfect Human Being, He Who Cannot Do Wrong!
  17. People keep comparing Josh Allen to a young Ben Roethlisberger. Ok, let's compare their third seasons: Roethlisberger (15 games): 3513 yards 59.7% completion 18 TDs (20 total) 23 interceptions 7.5 y/a 234 yard/game 75.4 rating Allen (11 games): 3403 yards; 69.9% completion 26 TD (33 total) 8 interceptions 8.9 y/a 105.9 rating Ben's fourth year was more like Allen's current year, with 32 TD/11 int/65%.7.8 avg, but he only passed for 3154 yards.
  18. The "trained" people grading throws as turnover-worthy are probably counting throws like the one to Gabe Davis over the SF into an incredibly tight window. PFF needs to adjust its metrics to allow for superstars. They assume a throw like that is bad because it would have been a turnover if it was less accurate or had less velocity. The fact that it was on target and impossible to intercept doesn't matter to them.
