  1. When Elton John came through Syracuse last year, I had my eye on a pair of upper deck tickets near the stage in the Dome. The reseller started at $300/each, and was dropping it daily. Day of the concert, they were just under $100/each, but someone else grabbed them before I could convince the wife to go. That's how I got one game back in 1999. A friend called me at 7am, asking if I wanted to go. Someone in their bus group had too much the night before and could not make it. I was so excited to go, all I said was "I'll be there!" and hung up on him. Had to call him back because he had not told me yet where to meet them. You can, you just have to wait till halfway through the 3rd quarter.
  2. Another local college should take over the records, that’s what happened locally. Cazenovia College closed this week, and Lemoyne College said they would keep the records for anyone needing access. https://www.syracuse.com/news/2023/04/when-cazenovia-college-closes-le-moyne-will-take-care-of-its-memories.html?outputType=amp
  3. Oh, I'm correct, but she is prettier than me. I had two 1986 MR2, both NA. A 1987, also NA. My final was an 88 SC, that was unique because it had an auto tranny.
  4. Turbos did not come out until the second generation (MK2). Do you mean supercharger?
  5. They do. I've seen people in my section wearing a Simpson jersey.
  6. That was my first thought also.
  7. I'm probably not going to get seats in the new stadium. Started "shopping" the teams around me, and I can get really good Syracuse football and basketball seats for the same price I'm paying now for Bills tickets. But who knows, maybe I'll change my mind once I see the new renderings.
  8. It's not that so much. There may be little quirks that VR can't pick up. Like my current seats, I have more leg room than the other rows in my section, because I'm in the last row, and with the way the lower rows curve with the bowl of the stadium, but mine stay back against the suites. I don't have to stand when someone wants to get out, just pull my legs back.
  9. I don't like it. I'd rather wait till the stadium at least has the new seats installed, so you can actually sit in them.
  10. Not this year. The sent out an email last week that since there are so few seats available, ticket sales were open to all once the schedule came out.
  11. I believe you are right. I saw that and thought it was some fan made video.
  12. Arizona Cardinals Atlanta Falcons Baltimore Ravens Buffalo Bills Carolina Panthers Chicago Bears Cincinnati Bengals Cleveland Browns Dallas Cowboys Denver Broncos Detroit Lions Green Bay Packers Houston Texans Indianapolis Colts Jacksonville Jaguars Kansas City Chiefs Las Vegas Raiders Los Angeles Chargers Los Angeles Rams Miami Dolphins Minnesota Vikings New England Patriots New Orleans Saints New York Giants New York Jets Philadelphia Eagles Pittsburgh Steelers San Francisco 49ers Seattle Seahawks Tampa Bay Buccaneers Tennessee Titans (they had two that I found) Washington Commanders
  13. Did you catch the "I Heart NJ" on the Times Square billboard for the Jets?
  14. Gotta pay for the new stadium somehow. But really, they started doing dynamic pricing a few years ago, so some games are more expensive than others. Home Opener is always a sell out, so of course the prices will be higher.
  15. There’s already a thread over there about it. Don’t know why the mods are so slow to lock this one down. I guess I’m in the minority then, because I haven’t.
  16. We’re one day closer to the stadium being completed.
  17. I prefer putting on my @Gugny mask and going to the corner gas station to pick up my nudie mags.
  18. Since we know the Bills are on the road week 1, start booking those hotel rooms in Buffalo for Week 2. @boyst, remember to put in a crib request when you book yours.
