  1. I shaved at 11am with the electric razor and I feel like I need to shave again right now.
  2. He can't blame an entire group for the actions of a few. I don't, however, see anything wrong with what he did if illegal entry into the U.S. is a felony. The question then is how did he know they were illegal? Does he have the authority to do passport checks? It's a very sticky wicket. If I were him I would have sued the federal government long ago for not taking care of the problem. If an illegal was gang raped should she be able to sue her attackers? Just a question for the masses.
  3. Name one administration that that hasn't been the case for?
  4. He was also one of our most brilliant Presidents. He was a smart guy. He opened the door with China and started the EPA. Those two things alone make his Presidency one of the better ones IMO. Like him or not he was one of the smartest people to ever inhabit the office.
  5. Well Nixon always . I love the 14 second tape over.
  6. How long were you there before they released you?
  7. Talk about a -$5,000,000,000 whore. Anyone with at least 20/100 vision.
  8. Thanks again to all the well wishers and well meaning smart asses. For my 14th birthday she gave me my first one. Best BD gift ever.
  9. Dude that's a stupid thing to say. A better idea is sharp pieces of glass. (harder to detect.) Anyhoo, , and Dean. Hoppy Batsday Two used
  10. Why do people think the Bills receiving corp needs another guy? It's the one position, other than DB, the Bills don't need anyone for. Spend money on a C, DT, LB, OL, and TE long before a receiver. With Evans, Reed, Johnson, Parrish and Hardy the Bills are in a very good position with receivers. Some competition is always needed but IMO, none of those guys will be cut this year. Let's sign Jerry Rice and Andre Reed.
  11. There is a lot of risk with that kind of surgery. It can break the clot loose and then it hits the brain. In my situation they felt the risks didn't outweigh the rewards. If the blood thinners don't wash it away in the next couple of months then surgery will become a more serious option.
  12. Ghosts are people who don't want to go into the light. They are either scared or want to get a message out. I've never seen one but I 95% believe in them. Once again it's a phenomenon that is way over reported. The thing I hate about those shows is the constant "Shhh, Shhhs" That you hear over the supposed ghost sounds. Show me the taping without any discussion or them using sign language with subtitles while they record. If you don't have a DVR that allows you to rewind then you'll never hear what they are Shhhing over and even when rewound you can't hear it most of the time. The constant whispering is really annoying, as are the night vision cameras. Keep perfectly silent and make the place completely dark and I'll watch the show. They should put a night vision camera on the people on then a camera pointed into the dark with a high speed camera also pointing into the dark. That would be interesting. I won't watch them now.
  13. Since I'm on blood thinners they told me I should shave with an electric razor. I've only used one a few times at a friends and I have such a thick beard that it really doesn't do much in the long run. However, the razor I got says to try it for 21 days because it will take that long for my face to acclimate to the razor. I can't rub the area above the artery because I risk a piece of the clot shooting off but fortunately hair doesn't grow in that section of my face due to the radiation. Anyhoo, the instruction manual is filled with some really stupid stuff for the lamos who will do something really stupid and try to sue the company. Not all of them are particularly stupid but here is the list from the back of the front cover: DANGER To reduce risk of electric shock: 1. Do not reach for corded razor that has fallen into water. Unplug immediately. Gee thanks Captain obvious. Sadly some need to be told this. 2. Use razor only in dry conditions. Do not use razor while bathing or in the shower. 3. Do not submerge razor in water. 4. Do not place or store a razor where it can fall or be pulled into a tub or sink. Do not drop razor. Do not place or drop razor into water or other liquid. Don't drop razor. Thanks, I'll try not to. 5. Always unplug this razor from electrical outlet after use except while charging. 6. Unplug and remove power supply cord from razor before cleaning. Thanks again. WARNING To reduce the risk of burns, fire, electric shock or injury to persons: 1. Close supervision is necessary when this razor is used by, on, or near children and invalids. I think I'll let little Johnny use this so he stops bothering me. 2. Use this razor for its intended household use as described in this manual. Do not use attachments not recommended by Philips Electronics North America Corporation. What the hell else would someone use it for? to trim the cat? I'll add the rest when I'm less tired. Believe it or not I'm having trouble sleeping with all this crap going on.
  14. 1. Even if Greer leaves in FA the Bills have one of the deepest CB units. The Bills have Chris Ellis who should step up after one year of limited play. 2. The major offseason needs are, IMO: Center, DT, TE, LB. That's not a huge list of things to take care of. In fact the draft alone might do that but I'm sure there will be some FA signings too. The Bills are set at every other starting positions. I like Edwards, Lynch and Jackson, The O line is not as bad as everyone thinks, ST are outstanding every year and the CB depth is one of the best in the league. If Crowell stays the need for LB is greatly diminished. In mid February it's a done deal. We're doomed!!!!
  15. 1. They'd never met me before 2. The CT scan 3. The MRI Had they met me before they probably would have thought there was a problem with the MRI and CT machines. My best is in the mid six hundreds. BTW, without getting a Yahtzee the best score you can get is a 301. Also, now I have what junkies refer to as railroad tracks from all of needles inserted into my body over and over again. If a cop ever stops me he'll think I'm a heroin junkie.
  16. It took a little while but I found her picture on the Rochester Visiting Nurses Website.
  17. I guess I thought it would have something to do with the gymnastics team.
  18. DWTS? But yeah! Shawn Johnson. I have to save the until she's legal.
  19. Trial continues Monday in the federal lawsuit, which seeks $32 million in actual and punitive damages for civil rights violations, the infliction of emotional distress and other crimes. Also named are Mr. Barnett's wife, Barbara, his brother, Donald, and Larry Dever, sheriff in Cochise County, Ariz., where the Barnetts live. The civil trial is expected to continue until Friday. WTF? How did this ever go to court? If the jury convicts they should award them one tenth of a penny. I don't think illegals shouldn't have any rights but they should be limited to human rights. Even if this guy had shot them I'd say he was within his rights to deal with trespassers on his property as long as he had posted warning signs along his property. He should sue the U.S. government for not handling this problem adequately. JMO.
  20. Thanks for all the support guys. Much appreciated. Some of the nurses caused my heart to skip. Mom was right!!! That brings up the question I've been asking myself. Am I lucky that it was a very small stroke that allowed them to identify the problem or was I unlucky to have had a stroke at all?
  21. (This isn't a joke) On Thursday February 5th I had a mini stroke. I'm perfectly fine right now and it was the perfect stroke if you're gonna have one. Yes I said the "perfect stroke". More on that later. It was about 6am Thursday I was lying on my stomach in bed playing a little hand held Yahtzee game and to add insult to injury I wasn't doing very well. My right eye started getting very blurry and so I lay down thinking that maybe when I got up it would be better. After laying there for a half hour I decided to get up and see if my eye was any better. When I turned on the light I had lost all sight in that eye so I called my brother to take me to Strong Hospital. I just couldn't see why that would happen. When I got there they didn't make me wait but the emergency room waiting area was empty so I didn't really think anything of it. They took me into a room and a couple of doctors came in and talked to me. They kept doing the same tests over and over, pretty annoying but better than them not detecting something ASAP and as soon as possible. After about an hour they took me to get a CT scan and when the bed pulled up the Radiology Tech said "Bring him in he's a priority." Now, everybody hates waiting in the hospital for treatment but, it's a little unnerving to have people keep telling you you're a priority. It's sort or a catch-22. They then sent me to the Ophthalmology Clinic and once again I was told I was a priority. They took me into the clinic and did all of the familiar eye tests that everyone gets when they've gone to the eye doctor including those effing drops in the eyes that burn like when you accidentally wipe hot sauce on the outside of your eyes. While waiting for the transportation person to come for me I got to see a guy in the waiting room blowing snot into his hands. What did he do with it? I don't have ANY idea because I wheeled myself away from him PGDQ!! The eye doctor said it was probably a piece of plaque in the artery that broke off and went to the eye. Gee thanks Ronald and Wendy. While I was in his room and he kept running in and out to call other doctors, I assume, my eyesight started getting better very slowly. They wheeled me down to the ED again. Many, many times they would come in and have me follow the doctors finger with my eyes as he moved it around and they'd cover my bad eye and ask me how many fingers they were holding up and they would cover my good eye and ask me the same question and by now I was able to see blurry shadows. They would then ask me what day it was, what year it was, what was my birthday, who was President and how many women I've had sex with. Ok, the last one is BS. I wouldn't have been able to answer that anyway because numbers that go into the thousands are hard to keep track of. (cough) Soon after being brought back to the ED a transportation person came and took me to unit 536 which is sort of an ICU for these kind of things. It's not a very serious ICU that you'd think of for gunshots and broken spines, severe sexual accidents and yada, yada, yada. So while I was on that unit every hour they'd come to me and ask me the same damn questions every hour but, now they wanted to know how many times I've masturbated. Ok, that's BS. I wouldn't have been able to answer that anyway because numbers that go into the thousands are hard to keep track of. The doctors then told me I'd had the perfect stroke. What the hell did that mean? Well, I have a blood clot in my neck where I had the radiation during my cancer treatments and they think there is a correlation between the two. A very tiny piece of the clot broke off and went to my eye, which is now back to perfectly normal, and since it was such a small piece and such a small problem the it was "the perfect stroke" because if even a slightly bigger piece had broken off it would have caused brain damage. (Note to those who are in my FF league and reading this: To bad it didn't affect my brain because maybe some of you would finally have a chance in the league.) (tongue sticking out.) Anyhoo, I'm out of the horsepistol now and feeling good. I just had a visiting nurse come in and check on me. She was cute with a Russian accent. She said she saw no reason for her to come back because I looked good with my meds and stuff and my BP was good and stuff like that there. I was trying to come up with a reason for her to come back but I couldn't think of anything that wouldn't make her call and ambulance. Maybe I should have told her I was having severe swelling of the . So for the next five days, twice a day, I have to stick a needle in my belly to thin the blood and I'm taking a blood thinning pill that they will have to monitor closely and I'll have to have frequent blood tests. Between my cancer, my seizure disorder and this I've had more needles in me than Amy Winehouse. Everything is cool now and I just wanted to let you all know about this. Sort of a good therapy for the mind to write this. I sincerely hope things are better for you than they've been for me. Jonathan
  22. The problem is that if you allow it for one you have to allow it for all and as posted above I believe torture for the rest of their lives in prison is better.
  23. That's awesome. What do they know about his ability to retain his full brain recovery? I did when I was 14. All my friends knew right from wrong at 14. I'm against the death penalty but not because I think scum like this, if he in fact did it, should live. I'm against it because mistakes are made.
  24. Link (CNN) -- In what is being heralded as a "first-ever procedure," surgeons removed a healthy kidney through a donor's vagina, the Johns Hopkins Medical Center has announced.
  25. That was a great episode. I loved it when the cat got thrown up into the ceiling. The actor who plays Dwight had a part on "Six Feet Under" for a few years.
