Guy on Billszone claiming he works for the Bills...
Steely Dan replied to 2003's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I'm more worried he'd be an inch from a four game suspension. I wouldn't mind that much but can you imagine Haynesworh next to Stroud?! I'd be surprised if teams could hit 30 yards rushing a game against Buffalo. Thank you! Finally a voice of reason and fact. -
Combine Attendees Should be in the Starting Block

If for some lighting strike reason the dude falls to the Bills I agree they should snatch him and see if Hardy can be converted into a TE. JMO. -
I had to go to oldfarts.com to find out what you were sighing about and I found out that your avatar is some kind of primitive thing used for these 45 records. I guess you don't like getting old and are upset that I have rubbed your nose into this ancient recording device. It said it was invented by Thomas Edison. Sorry.

Guy on Billszone claiming he works for the Bills...

Ok, if this guy is willing to come forward then so will I. I'm the rat catcher for OBD. While in the basement I overheard Brandon screaming that he wants to know who the hell has been posting their FA and draft plans on the Billszone site!! He's pretty sure it's Ralph but he needs more proof before confronting him!! He said he was glad it was the Billszone site because nobody reads it. If it had been TBD he'd be a lot more concerned. I hope he doesn't see this thread! -

You don't know if he said hi or not.

Have you ever been pulled over because the cop was thinking about buying a car like yours? I never said he didn't give consent to have the car searched. I said it's odd that no reason was given for pulling him over. If the cops can't supply a good reason for pulling him over then why do you think they pulled him over? If you had read my posts I said already I didn't think the cops planted the gun. That's not what DWB means. DWB is pulling over a black guy for no good reason like thinking of buying that model car. If my friend had pushed it he probably could have gotten the cop a reprimand on his record. JMO

If he really is a Bills front office guy he's a douchebag for revealing their FA and draft plans. Rabbits weren't made in 1972. -
In another car.

Was this a caged snake for sale or one that snuck in? If it was a caged snake did he stick his hand in the cage?

It's not gossip if it's true. Anyhoo, I think a lot of us here would love a high paying job like they have and if it was contingent on not getting into legal trouble we'd be sure to stay as far away from bad situations as possible. It's mystifying why they keep doing these things.

Every year the NFL holds a rookie symposium where veteran players talk about the bad stuff they will encounter, like friends who are friends as long as the player is shelling out the bar tabs, unscrupulous money managers and how to avoid dangerous situations. Some rookies listen and some don't. Pac Man was assigned body guards and didn't hire them himself, big difference. JMO

Marshawn, as far as I know, isn't screaming racial profiling as far as I know and nobody here is either. It's just being brought up as a possibility because the police never released a reason for the stop. I can't remember when a police press release didn't include the reason for somebodies arrest. Your speculation is no better than those speculating it was for nothing but a DWB. DWB is a problem and it seems more so in LA. Nice way to racially profile by saying every black person screams racism for an actual crime. ckinwing and I used to have similar avatars and he said he had his first but I know he's full of it. So being the bigger man I changed my avatar to cut down on the confusion some have experienced when he and I post in the same thread.

When I first started selling crap on eBay I got a person who said they loved one of my items and wanted me to mail it to Russia but since they wanted it to be a surprise from whom it came from they wanted it sent anonymously. No problem but, then they said they wanted me to send some money to her too and that they would deposit $1000 into my Paypal account and then I'd be able to get a money order to put into the box. I asked why they needed me to get the money order because they could get one themselves. I never heard from them again.

What does the great depression have to do with FDR except for his pulling us out of it? Not that it affected his poor Presidency but Buchanan was our only gay President. Link In life, Buchanan was not very far in the closet. For many years in Washington, he lived with William Rufus King, Senator from Alabama. The two men were inseparable; wags referred to them as "the Siamese twins." Andrew Jackson dubbed King "Miss Nancy," and Aaron Brown, a prominent Democrat, writing to Mrs. James K. Polk, referred to him as Buchanan's "better half," "his wife," and "Aunt Fancy . . . rigged out in her best clothes." When in 1844 King was appointed minister to France, he wrote Buchanan, "I am selfish enough to hope you will not be able to procure an associate who will cause you to feel no regret at our separation." On May 13, Buchanan wrote to a Mrs. Roosevelt about his social life: I am now "solitary and alone," having no companion in the house with me. I have gone a wooing to several gentlemen, but have not succeeded with any one of them. I feel that it is not good for man to be alone; and should not be astonished to find myself married to some old maid who can nurse me when I am sick, provide good dinners for me when I am well, and not expect from me any very ardent or romantic affection. King and Buchanan's relationship, though interrupted from time to time by their foreign service, ended only with King's death in 1853. While Buchanan was born and raised in Pennsylvania, William Rufus King was a Southern slaveholder. Buchanan's pro-slavery politics may have stemmed in part from their 23-year connection. Buchanan certainly thought highly of King: "He is among the best, purest, and most consistent public men I have ever known, and is also a sound judging and discreet fellow," as well as a "very gay, elegant looking fellow."
