Probably being a homer but it's close. The other candidate for toughest division, IMO, is the NFCS. Teams are pretty stacked up in those divisions and there are some good teams that will miss the playoffs because they play in those conferences. The AFCN has Baltimore and Pittsburgh but the two other teams suck. JMO The weakest is much easier. Hands down I think it's the NFCW. With more FA signings and draft yet to come it's hard right now but it's fun to talk about.

I think Lee needs to be "considered" the #1 receiver due his longevity on the Bills but as somebody said before it's the guy that catches the most passes that's really a #1.

This is also a positive for T.O. in all the stuff I've heard from the talking heads they are concentrating more on T.O.'s positives like hard work, pushing teammates and his skill on the field that should help Evans. The bad things about T.O. are being mentioned but much less so, IMO. Most likely they will double team T.O. but they can't leave Evans in single coverage so they're gonna have to slide a safety over to help when the ball is thrown Lee's way. This is going to open the field up for JR, SJ, JH and RP who will have LB's on them and if a play action is done well enough to fool the defense for a moment that could be disastrous for them. Also on first downs they are going to be forced to respect the pass and play off the line a little more so ML and FJ should see better runs.

I think that T.O. will be PUMPED for the games against NE* this year. He's definitely going to try and outshine Moss. Those should be some interesting games.

There won't be an uncapped year. There will be a lockout before that ever happens. I'm pretty sure about that.

If he is healed he should come in with a chip on his shoulder and at worst would probably be a good depth guy.
