  1. I really like the idea of them trading down and picking up another 3rd. I'd love to see them do that.
  2. How many people would be willing to bet he doesn't make the 53 man roster and is probably among the first cuts of camp.
  3. That's what I was thinking. The problem is that maybe no teams will contact them for a trade now believing it's a done deal.
  4. It's doubtful that Buffalo would trade with another AFCE team unless they see it as cutting down the number of picks they have.
  5. Speed = Al Davis pick. Nothing else, just speed.
  6. I hate vague post titles.
  7. My latest mock draft. Round 1, Pick 11 (11) Brandon Pettigrew (TE) (6'6" 257), Round 1 Pick 28 (28) Eben Britton, (OT) ( 6'6" 310), Round 2, Pick 10 (42), Cody Brown (OLB) (6'2" 242), Round 3, Pick 11 (75) Connor Barwin (DE) 6'3" 253), Round 4, Pick 10 (110) Brandon Underwood, (CB) (6'1" 198) Round 4 pick (121) Kyle Moore (DE) (6'4" 265), Round 5 Pick 11 (147) Domonique Johnson (CB) (6'1" 197), Round 6, Pick 10 (183) Cecil Newton ( C ) 6'2" 294) , Round 7, Pick 11 (220) Clinton McDonald (DT) 6'2" 289) BTW, Derrick Dockery's brother Cedric Dockery is in this draft and rates as a UFA. Just a fun fact that I'm pointing out for only that reason. Here's a list of overrated and underrated players in this years draft by Andy Staples.
  8. As someone said he's just reviewing the Bills draft history. I would be shocked if a first round pick was spent on a CB but I'm modifying my mock to put a CB earlier in the draft.
  9. What'd you tell people? PUNCH! be nece. Beerball aint all dat edgicated.
  10. Link to draft thread.
  11. I don't understand the infatuation with Ayers. I really see a lot of Eric Flowers in him. Just say no to Ayers. Guys who shoot up the draft board always bother me. Let someone else take the risk. There are a lot of safer picks to go for.
  12. My thoughts exactly.
  13. He would be a PR nightmare for any team that signs him.
  14. I think you'd be very surprised by how many of these guys like sports and talking about them. Bone up on Neuroscience too. Just get a basic understanding off the internet and tell him that you don't know much and ask him to tell you'd like to learn more about it. He will probably not want to talk about Canadian politics because he doesn't speak for the Prime Minister on that kind of stuff. You can also ask his opinion on why the financial sector tanked. Those are my suggestions.
  15. I'm going with Pettigrew.
  16. They have 9 now and I'll say they end up with 12 total.
  17. There is no way Pettigrew is around at 28. JMO
  18. Why spend two picks on a guy they could get for one? The DE position is deeper than the TE position. JMO
  19. They talked about a rookie salary slotting system which he's for. They talked about possibly making the season 18 games long and a pre-season schedule of two games. They talked about the reinstatement of Michael Vick. He said he'd have to wait for all of his legal issues to be resolved and he'd want to talk to Michael and maybe the people who are around him. I was busy with other stuff and that's all I caught. They are going over his comments again in a little while.
  20. I've never understood the phrase; He's a poor man's....
  21. You mean a high draft pick the Bills didn't have before the draft. As for Pettigrew being around with the 28th pick, this is from Peter King; 1. I think there are four players teams want to trade up for: Mark Sanchez, Tyson Jackson, Michael Oher, Brandon Pettigrew. Linkage
