  1. Because everybody else blows "brainfarts." In the land of idiots, they are king! "Connecticutt, emmmmm I mean Foxboro Yankee in the Superbowl"
  2. Exactly! I had them pegged for two more possessions if they made the stop on NE. I really think the onsides kick was a bad idea!
  3. So what you are saying is what I fear? The salary cap is gonna hurt the NFL? Here me out. In the age of salary cap age, players are gonna stick with the teams that have a good reputation, best chance to win the championships. They will restucture at all cost. Certain teams will get a bad rep and always play bad, never quite being the best. There will be a pile of parity with the cream rising to the top. It is gonna do the exact opposite what will we all thought. Certain teams will always be successful, the others never quite good enough. Watch, there will be a lot more of the same teams winning. The "have's" will always be the "have's". The "not's" will always be heaped in the parity pile. Watch! Only time will tell. Things will be worse. People thought in the salary cap age, dynasties can't be built. I argue the exact opposite will happen! Shoot me if you want! It will be a wave of the future, players will take a hit for winning. It will be the best of things for the NFL. Seats will be full and a heap of teams will always "think" they have a shot. In reality, it will always be the teams with a good team! Don't screw it up Buffalo and blow it!
  4. Watching classless "Ma**holes" tear their town up?
  5. Totally unfair to say that. MM was out coached by his prior boss! They may have been second stringers, Cowher had them playing like stars! DB builds team chemistry and cohesivness. Totally unwise to dump him before the future is ready. Sure I want a SB. I really don't want to be a one time wonder!
  6. They won every SB by 3 or less. There is a reason why they always bring up margin of victory when talking football! Football is such a fluky sport under one score leads/deficits! BB is a master at it!
  7. Exactly! That is the schtick that keeps the Pats rolling! They are beatable and they play that for motivation. "Rodney Harrison are you dissing me act." Actually, NE just needs to roll so as to get big heads!
  8. How many classless idiot, beaneaters are spilling into the streets? Why are they getting stupid? You think they would be used to winning?
  9. Really, NE didn't dump DB until the winning path was paved! You think if NE fell short in 2001, DB would have been gone so fast! DB is exactly want you want in a QB that is good enough to keep your team competitive yet, want to groom a young QB! Honestly, if you could get into the heads of any DB team mate, I really think the fans would be in for a shock of their life. The fans are just too impatient!
  10. I don't think you guys get? He might not win it all for our team but, he is setting us up to be competitive, good, football team that is preparing for the next young WINNING Bills QB! He is the perfect stop gap to bridge the Flutie/RJ debacle. He will build team cohesiveness and I truly believe that he will have no problems stepping down when JP is ready. Fans are just too impatient!
  11. I don't know but, NE had some really serious OL protection at times! It was a thing of beauty! Back to the original! Shoot me if you want but, NE team cohesiveness came together when DB went down and almost died from the ruptured spleen. They parted ways the next year and rightly so. With a capable, young QB, NE was shown the course. The BIGGEST mistake for the Bills would be to let DB go before another young QB is ready to take over! DB is a team "lightening rod". DB is such a class act that, he'll never become a cancer. The path has been shown (by NE), now lets follow it. It might take a little longer since you don't want any near death encounters to jump start things!
  12. I hear what you are saying but, there is a plus with the Pats being in the AFC East. I really think it makes the Bills better, play harder. You always do better when you have to keep up with the best. Also: With Brady's suit against Caddy and GM do you even think that he would have got MVP? After 3 tries, they finally made the right and honest MVP choice.
  13. Yes. Bruschi should be MVP! 2 million for 4 years? What a teamer! And he loves kids too! Did you see him pat the boy,who flipped the coin toss, on the head?
  14. I'll double that! The Pats WICKED ROLL!
  15. Funny term! Remember the WKRP show where Herb tries to line Les and Mr. Carlson "The Big Guy" up as the "suits"? He labels Andy, Johnny and Venus as the dungarees! ?
  16. Chew it up on the opening drive! Lets go Pats!
  17. Hear, hear! In the "bag" for those NFL "bunghole liquor" Pats! Pats in a roll! Go PATS!
  18. Another: The 4 prior, all on or near the GULF coast. First 3 in New Orleans! I'll stop with the useless crap now!
  19. The Patriots have been to 5 SB's in Patriot franchise history, all in the last 20 (19) years. What is different about this SB for the Pats? I have a feeling they will win, hands down. ANSWER BELOW: All have been played in domed stadiums! Okay, last year in Houston had a retractable roof and grass! BUT THE ROOF WAS CLOSED AT 3:45 PM (1:45 minutes prior to kickoff). • NFL officials planned all week to keep the retractable roof of Reliant Stadium open for the game unless there was a reason to close it. Early Sunday afternoon, the league announced that it would close the roof because of a forecast for rain. It was sunny and warm early in the afternoon, but clouds had begun to roll in when the roof was closed at 3:45 p.m., about one hour and 45 minutes before kickoff. The league had hoped to open the roof for a pregame ceremony but didn't. With it closed, smoke from fireworks during Aerosmith's pre-game concert lingered in the air, a common problem with domed stadiums.
  20. Just a side note. The Cardinals are the oldest team in football. They are the sole surviving team form it's original season. Sure, they moved from Chicago to St. Louis (1960), St. Louis to Phx/Arz (1988), also throw in some roster combining during the war years with the Pittsburgh Steelers (1944). The only team that has been there since 1920. They will never lose the Cardinal name! Kind of ironic in that Buffalo had a team in 1920 (All-Americans) and throughout the twenties. Older than the Bears, older than the Packers (both 1921).
  21. That's no excuse, period! Scared of being sued? Live your life, don't hesitate to get innvolved and sort the rest out later!
  22. Sad, sad. Neighbors that don't give a phuck, family that won't go the extra mile, Dept. of Human Services that say "Oh well." Try them all. Try them for being "apathetic."
  23. Does this also include the removal and proper burial of Jimmy Hoffa?
