  1. In that case we agree again.
  2. I have nothing against you as a person, nor do I have any gripe against meathead or even gatorman/tiberius. We are all presumably Bills fans, or we wouldn't be here. Nobody here expects you to march in lock step with anyone else. You do have comparative freedom on this specific board, but there is a sort of common sense etiquette which is good to follow. Most people get the feel for it over time. Most of the people that flame out around here are the ones who make declarative statements and then do a poor job of backing them up. You'll get roasted alive for things like that. With regard to myself, I've been trying to make the point to you that despite some potentially valid concerns regarding Trump and his team, much of what you were offering up was at this point, conjecture (re:drip, drip, drip/smoke/etc). Don't make the mistake of believing that those that lean right around here are Trump supporters - I can only think of one or two people who openly supported Trump, and one of them is gone. Most of us "support" him as the lesser of two evils, and it pretty much stops there.
  3. Your 2nd sentence is basically what I and others have been trying to impress upon you. Glad to see you agree.
  4. Oh look, more name-calling. How positively preschool of you.
  5. That's not a ****storm, that's the sound of you being told how foolish you sound.
  6. Walmart should pay their employees what they're worth, not some arbitrary wage imposed upon them by an outside agency. Some should earn more than $15/hour, and some should make significantly less. It is not the responsibility of a business, a government, or society in general to see that people have a livable income. That responsibility lies with the individual. Income assistance should only be available to those that truly need it, and it should be enough to keep a roof over their heads and food on their table.
  7. You know exactly what I'm talking about. You wouldn't be saying things like "drip drip drip" or "where there's smoke" if you weren't alluding to rumor and/or speculation. If you had solid facts, you'd most likely use then to back up your statements. Instead, you've now sunk to name-calling, the last resort of the intellectually bereft.
  8. Apparently so. It appears to be difficult as well. Unlike you, people are refraining from jumping to conclusions. You may as well believe conspiracy theorists, as you're willing to base your arguments and positions on unsubstantiated reports. And I'll tell you this: you only get under people's skin because you relentlessly engage in rumor and speculation and attempt to present it as fact. That's not argument or debate - that's meltdown. If you've lurked here for as long as you have and haven't figured that much out, then your golf bag is missing a few clubs.
  9. In other words, Facebook is setting up and operating it's business in Pakistan in a manner that complies with Pakistani law. They're well within their right to do so.
  10. To be fair to Schumer, he pretty much has no choice - as head of the democrat opposition in the senate, he's the new Harry Reid, but with smaller balls than Pelosi has.
  11. You know, it would be nice to just let these dickheads have their way - give all kinds of unskilled schlubs fifteen dollars an hour for completely unskilled labor based on the belief that "people who work forty hours deserve a livable wage" and see what happens. i swear, It's almost depressing how few people are able to separate ideals from reality.
  12. It's actually very funny. You repeatedly post "drip, drip, drip" and "there's lots of smoke ....blah blah blah" and have absolute jack %^$# to back it up, but you think you're saying something relevant. You're not. That's why it's funny.
  13. I remember Ames, Two Guys, Hengerer's, Hens & Kelly, and Twin Fair. Time flies.
  14. The proof of that statement is the way that The Doors' success really took off after Morrison's death.
  15. That quote combined with your bot's reply are things of beauty.
  16. Would you care to expound on that further?
  17. Completely agree on Chappelle - he's an absolute genius. The SJWs would be apoplectic over this one (caution - it's uncensored): Part 1 http://www.cc.com/video-clips/7nnosh/chappelle-s-show--frontline----clayton-bigsby-pt--1---uncensored Part 2 http://www.cc.com/video-clips/ga0sc4/chappelle-s-show--frontline----clayton-bigsby-pt--2---uncensored I've also heard both Chris Rock and Jerry Seinfeld saying how they've stopped doing shows at colleges due to the out of control PC attitudes on campus.
  18. What a concept - complying with a sovereign nation's laws in order to do business within their borders. That sounds like it might catch on.... When you use phrases like "wipe away landmark internet privacy protections" or "roll back Obama's (fill in the blank) laws" then I suppose a hue and cry from the knee-jerks is to be expected.
  19. Is Facebook working with Pakistan in order to further their business footprint in Pakistan, or are they in collusion with Pakistan to limit free speech in western nations?
  20. Let's be honest - there's plenty to laugh at. I just watched this from one of my favorites and it inspired me to start a thread for this kind of thing. Brian Regan:
  21. I don't see how this is good for the Obama team either way. Farkas just issued what sounded a lot like a mea culpa to me. All I have is speculation, but If she tossed that out as a cover story, then things can't be good.
  22. I saw that video as well, and all I could think of were all the people who immediately started screaming "shut up!" at their television sets as Farkas just kept on talking.
  23. That's entirely possible - I've seen it before:
