  1. Learn to read, k? It wasn't a school yard picnic table. It was a picnic table ON HIS OWN DECK. "The neighbor -- who wishes to remain anonymous -- saw Price walk out onto his deck, stand a round metal table on its side and use the hole in the umbrella to have sex." It's a little creepy and weird, yeah, but the death penalty? The only reason it's being charged as a felony is because there's a school "nearby." Guess what, there's a school nearby almost every residential area in the world! If he was on his private deck having sex with his girlfriend/wife, should he be charged with a felony and/or executed? What if it was a blow-up doll?
  2. You want to execute someone for having sex with a table....
  3. I saw it when it aired. What's stupid is that they asked almost the same question the second time as the first. That's lame.
  4. I don't follow the show that much (my wife does), but I'm rooting for Kristy because she sold her horse to get on the show. It's a cute, different type of story. So she'd ge tmy vote, if I actually voted. I think Carly needs to go -- she's already had a record deal and a label has already spent MILLIONS on her a few years ago. Why should she get to compete?
  5. Open to suggestions? You should rarely put words as image files. Makes it hard for people to read, especially people with poor eyesite. With a regular font, you can resize it so that it's readable. Not so with an image. Otherwise, looks cool.
  6. Never tried selling one... What problems did you have?
  7. Have you been reading the thread....? He wants to register a domain under his company's name -- in bad faith -- so the company could sue and take it back easily.
  8. As gmac says, GoDaddy.com is a good site to register - I have all of my domains through them. Just be careful if you do register it.
  9. From what I've read, that's usually different. In this case, I think it'd be a slam dunk though since he worked for the company, posted a letter to the company on it, so the company could easily take control.
  10. Actually, that's not entirely true. If he worked for the company Widget Inc, and registered a domain name, widget.com, his company COULD go after him and take the domain away for free. Now if he had his own company, widget.com, or could show that he didn't make it to have any connection with the company, he might be ok. But making widget.com to put up a letter about the company -- the company could take the domain. Would they? Well, if they haven't evne purchased the domain for $8/year, they probably don't care for whatever reason. But they COULD.
  11. Your company doesn't own their own domain....? CW
  12. So do you complain that cable TV is a monopoly in your market? You can't get programming from any other cable TV companies, only the one that provides service to your area. Yeah, you COULD use off the air antennas... Or Dish... Or DirecTV. But that'd be like eating pork instead of beer, or something like that.
  13. Exactly. I read, back when this first thing started, that XM and Sirius spend a lot of money competing against each other and that if they merged, rates would stay the same and you'd get more channels. We'll see if that really happens though. My wife has XM, we pay about $6.50/month, and although she doesn't use it all the time, it's still worth it.
  14. The first season of Mole was awesome. Loved it. They seemed to be on a much stricter budget the second season, and thus it wasn't as good. And Celebrity Mole? That was pretty bad too Hopefully they go back to season 1!
  15. Thanks for the reminder, I forgot all about it! Donation has been sent -- good luck!

  17. You have a day off and you're spending it here....?
  18. Someone needs to lighten up. Umm, because that's a normal everyday thing. Getting smacked in the head by a stingray is extremely unusual. If you can't see the difference, then I think you're the one with the problem.
  19. If you have to die, it's a cool way to go. Beats withering away with cancer or having a sudden heart attack or stroke, no?
  20. The friend who mailed it to me said, "This is tragic, but kinda cool and twisted at the same time. This is the kinda sh-- I want to happen to me when I'm like 80-years-old and ready to snuff it."
  21. It's an interesting way to go.... http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20080321/ap_on_.../stingray_death
