I don't understand the premise here--I thought Allen was the most risky prospect and considered by a lot of pretty knowledgeable people to not even be worthy of being picked in the 1st rd let alone #1 overall? Isn't this actually a really good thing for the Bills?

First of all, TT takes a decent amount of sacks despite his mobility. Second, no QB 'pocket qb' or not was going to succeed in that Chargers game. The blocking was nonexistent.

I just don't agree with this assessment at all and don't get why people continue to claim this. QB play has a huge effect on WR play. Not to mention offensive scheme. Benjamin is a stud and better than Sammy. All of our WRs can play, they just don't get the chance to show it. Take note of how someone like Hogan becomes a borderline star with another franchise. He can obviously play, but wasn't good enough for us?

I think people don't care bc it's not going to change any time soon. Or ever. They rake in the money so embarrassingly bad and inconsistent officiating is not a concern to them.

Being able to process info quickly pre snap and post snap is what separates the real qbs from the wannabes. It's why Fitz has been almost more effective throughout his career than TT has despite not having half his natural ability

Looks like offsides, but I've seen even more obvious instances not called. They don't seem to be sticklers about that call especially in obvious passing situations.

Same. I get choked up at least a little bit every time. When watching them in public I've had to take a few seconds to reset and stem any tears from flowing. Lol.
