He can't throw over the middle cuz he's too short and can't see over the DLine. Yet Coach Hackett and now Coach Payton have tried to shoehorn him into dink 'n dunk offense with bad results. If you want Russ to be successful on your team, have a good run game. Get him on some roll outs. Practice and then call the scramble drill once every 6 or 7 plays.
