  1. Well 31 other teams, several of whom are also desperate for RB talent have passed on Brown for the last four weeks. Also, was Fred willing to play at a 75% pay cut? No? Well okay then.
  2. All scoring plays are REVIEWED.
  3. Not challengable. Just like Tyrod didn't step out and threw it incomplete but they called him out anyway, nothing you can do.
  4. Thank you. I've been meaning to change my sig for a while.
  5. I also want some credit for this, while we're at it: http://forums.twobillsdrive.com/topic/167234-is-jim-schwartz-a-dinosaur/page-5?do=findComment&comment=3115546
  6. Well, unless you're using Twitter in a parallel dimension, that's the opposite of true.
  7. Anyone ever have a calf injury? They're awful. Last Saturday I ran outside for the first time since April. I was out running on Easter morning and my calf seized up something HORRIBLE. It's a terrible, terrible injury, and I can only imagine how it impacts a performance player like Watkins. I mean, Jesus, it kept me from just being able to run in a straight line! HOWEVER, my injury could have been avoided. I could have been stretching better, doing better strength training, staying more hydrated and doing more to speed/aid recovery. Hopefully, Sammy learns from this. As for his ribs--he took a late shot from a linebacker's helmet. I'm not sure how that one would lead us to believe he's injury "prone."
  8. Yep. Probably the Dolphins.'
  9. @RapSheet While figuring out how to proceed at defensive coordinator, the #Dolphins touched base with Jim Schwartz, who decided to stay where he is. http://twitter.com/RapSheet/status/651455637394718720
  10. Thanks, Jeremy at WGR: http://twitter.com/JeremyWGR/status/651450936628510720
  11. Or is it? Also. It's a bison. Buffalo live in Africa.
  12. I'm reading a lot in this thread about how this is a prime example of how teams will instigate us because we've demonstrated an inability to play within the rules. BULL **** This is a prime example of an opponent getting away with something and a prime example of how NFL officials, through the first quarter of 2015 have SUCKED. They need to be reactive to the retaliators AS WELL as the instigators. THAT'S THEIR JOB. In fact, if it's gotten to the point of retaliation--as it did with Brown on Sunday--then the officials have failed to do their jobs by not telling the instigators to knock it the !@#$ off. Under no circumstances is it continent upon the Bills to put up with **** for ANY reason, regardless of what you think their "reputation" is. Bull ****. It's contingent upon the officials to CONTROL THE GAME. And if one team is making a concerted effort to disrupt that control, then the it's the officials' JOB to address that.
  13. Anyone comparing Watkins to Evans is either certifiably insane or trolling. Dude is a beast and our team is so good we can/should rest our two most dynamic offensive weapons knowing we can pick up the next two wins without them. I'd rather have him blowing dudes up in week 14 than aggravating a nagging treatable nagging injury in weeks 4 and 5.
  14. Good, I liked the of his preseason jib.
  15. We don't know much about Karlos' blocking/catching ability. We know he's good at bursting through creases, but Shady contributes in other key ways.
  16. let's hope it was 18-1
  17. uploading images to imgur.com gives you an option to embed image codes directly into these message so readers don't have to click away, fyi. once you upload at imgur.com, you'll want to copy/paste the "bbc code for message boards."
  18. They were last year too. All-22's showed Sammy/Woods in giant gaps all over the field. But to the larger point, nowhere did I mean to imply that Roman doesn't have SOMETHING to do with the improvement.
  19. That's a gross misrepresentation and you damn well know it. My contention was and always is: if you don't have the Joe's, don't B word about the X's and O's. Hating Hackett/Marrone is all the rage in Bills Nation and for good reason. And loving Roman is just as much en vogue right now. But jeebus: Tyrod, Karlos, McCoy, Incognito, Felton, Clay and Harvin: what do all these players have in common? They're the most integral members of our offense right now...and they're brand new to the team. They represent considerable upgrades at nearly half of the offense, so don't anyone sit there with a straight face and tell me the unit is better now simply because we ditched Hackett/Marrone.
  20. I'm not sure how NOT being a prolific player in the league is cause for celebration, but fine. And, okay. We'll just keep waiting.
  21. 41-17, at least 14 of those are garbage points.
