Yeah, regardless of the Packers’ problems on offense, this isn’t Kenny Pickett or Ryan Tannehill coming to Orchard Park… their defense is extremely talented and their whole season is on the line this week. I’m not saying Green Bay will win, but this will be a desperate, dangerous team we’re playing Sunday night. It will probably not be a pushover.

Seems to me this trade is a direct result of our game at Arrowhead 11 days ago. It’s an arms race, and the Chiefs saw that they were losing. Your move, Beane…

He has a ton of talent. I’m not thrilled about this.

This is anecdotal, and just based on a gut feeling, but it also seems like there have been more injuries to key players this year…

I think what you really mean is “bad QB play”, which means “bad football”. And yes, I agree.

I don’t know any nice way to say this, but absolutely no one cares about your fantasy team.

The NFL officially has a quarterback problem. Jalen Hurts and Geno Smith are the 4th and 5th best QBs in the league right now. It’s literally never been this bad, and it makes for terrible football in games that don’t involve Josh Allen or Pat Mahomes. As the season goes on, it’s getting more and more apparent…hell, the league is probably praying that DeShaun Watson returns to some semblance of his previous form. And there are very few promising young QBs in the pipeline.

Flores seems to have the Steelers’ D fired up…

I certainly would touch the Packers at that number…the stadium is going to be a madhouse next Sunday.

Players might trade jerseys…what did the ref trade for Evans’s autograph? And don’t you think the ref might be somewhat less likely to call OPI (or more likely to call dpi) on Evans in the future? At a minimum, it’s a horrible look.

Philly is very good too. They are strong in the trenches on both sides of the ball, have excellent offensive weapons, and Hurts might be the third best QB in the league. (I can’t believe just typed that.). Bills-Eagles would be a good SB matchup.

I could see Brady packing it in mid-season.

Lance is close to a lost cause. In 2023, he’ll be coming off a serious injury, having played a total of three games since 2019, at NDSU. Not good.

The Niners will wish they had those picks back when realize that Trey Lance is never going to be an NFL quarterback, which is already clear to most sentient observers.

Great trade for a rebuilding Carolina team. Incredible that a team gave away that much for an injury-prone RB.

What’s shocking to me is how bad the QBs coming out of college are…with all the pass-first offenses, you’d think there would be more good QB prospects every year….but it’s awful

I’m trying to think of a time when the level of quarterbacking in the league was worse than right now…struggling to come up with one.

I certainly hope not.

Neither team would be foolish enough to make that trade.
