  1. What on earth are you talking about?
  2. It would definitely cost them more than that.
  3. Awesome! Georgia Southern has a great football program. They’ve been a top program in 1-AA for more than 30 years and have produced a lot of really good players.
  4. In! Lions, Colts, Seahawks
  5. It's certainly not the way we've run our offense overt the past three years, but I think it can work. And who would you rather throw the ball to in a bad-weather playoff game, a 5'9" slot receiver or a 6'4" TE with great hands? And how is a defense going to match up with both Knox and Kincaid? If Dalton Kincaid is there at 27, I don't know how you don't take him, although I definitely would not complain about taking Flowers or JSN there. (Most likely, all three will be gone by the time we pick.) I don't think I would take any of the other TEs at 27.
  6. We're not exactly loaded at slot, so...
  7. That would make it a little easier to swallow, but it still feels like a reach for a need, and does nothing to help Josh Allen.
  8. Because over the last 20 years or so, the biggest mistakes the Bills have made in draft are when they have gone into the draft with a “big hole to fill”. I would hate to see us use our first round pick to reach for a linebacker, and a trade up for a LB would be even worse.
  9. I have a sinking feeling Beane is going MLB with one of the first two picks, but I just could not bring myself to predict it.
  10. A dream come true: Zay Flowers Steve Avila
  11. It's not a small school. WSU a mid-level school in a power five conference. Not a team that regularly goes to major bowls, but definitely not a bottom-feeder, either.
  12. Highly debatable, and changes year-to-year, except for Clemson, of course.
  13. In other words, exactly like the PAC 12 (or 10). PAC 12 had 25 players drafted in 2022; ACC had 21. They are basically the same. There is the SEC and Big 10 and then there's everyone else.
  14. Not the same level as the ACC??😀
  15. Wait, did you really post this without knowing what school he’s from?
  16. Nice profile, but they don’t mention his DOB. Looks like he’ll probably be 24 years old before the start of the season. When combined with his size, that makes him a day-3 guy, I think.
  17. I just read that he’s from Washington State, not a “small school”.
  18. I think you’ll be disappointed in the draft. I bet we don’t take an OL until day 3…right or wrong, they think we are set at OL after the FA signings, and they still love Spencer Brown.
  19. The division is going to much tougher, as is the schedule in general, I think. 11-6 or even 10-7 is a realistic possibility
  20. You might want to mention somewhere in your detailed and informative post the name of the college team for which this prospect played…many here probably have not heard of him.
  21. There is no question that the rest of the AFC was pretty hapless over that span, but it's also possible that the rest of the AFC East was bad because of the Patriots...the Jets, Bills and Dolphins were going into every season with two losses on their schedule...they were constantly trying to build their teams to beat Brady and the Pats instead of just building a winning team...the Pats were in their heads.
  22. And yet Favre has not been arrested or charged...
  23. From the little I’ve read, the allegations against Farve are pretty complex and he’s not been criminally charged, which you would expect if he had engaged in a massive fraud scheme. It’s entirely possible that he did not defraud anyone, in which case Sharpe and McAfee may be in some serious legal jeopardy. More or less. The reaction here seems to be that Farve’s lawsuit is laughable, if not frivolous. I think that judgment is entirely premature.
  24. I’m not real familiar with the allegations regarding Farve, or the public statements made by Sharpe and McAfee, but if those guys publicly stated that Favre engaged in massive welfare fraud, and he did not actually do so, then he would potentially have a very strong, and very lucrative claim against them for defamation.
  25. It wasn’t just one game. We came close to losing to the Dolphins (led by their third string rookie QB) at home the week before. And of course there’s the Monday night bengals game, which was looking a lot like the Bengals playoff game. There is ample reason to believe that real change is needed.
