The 3 we disagree on are certainly toss ups. Philly whooped our arse, but they defined the Jeckyl & Hyde NFCE. I really don’t know what to make of GB, but there’s a stench surrounding them..
It’s also catching on around the League. Recently, many players and coaches utter this in interviews -both on NFLN & SiriusXM.
Its a copycat League and Sean is a Lion!
Gotta amend ‘Playoff Caliber’ to Super Bowl Caliber!
It’s sad for the CFL -a football league that’s survived 100 years. Unlike the NFL, whose $$ comes from television contract$, they are highly reliant on gate receipts. To set free their players (granted, they all were recruited by the NFL at some point) in their 1st ever ‘No Play’ season due to a global pandemic, has got to have ramifications for home crowds in seasons to come.
2020 can’t end soon enough!
Reasonable request, given the attention. Yes, we’re a tad off our training camp routine this year. What isn’t? We’ve been spoiled in years past by Astro Notes and other Waller’s who trekked to St. John Fischer to provide daily insights. They then trailed off significantly after camp broke and the Bills returned to Orchard Park, as the lid was closed on the Press. This ‘year that wasn’t’ already has aspects virtually closed off to the Press and no Waller is present -w/ apologies to Warrow. So we’re winging it.
I appreciate you volunteering to provide daily threads -and at present- I won’t stop you. But newsworthy items seem few and far between with any attention grabbing news or player/Coach videos captured in stand alone threads.
As to you changing your once every 2 or 3 day pop ins to deliver in your voluntary premise, step up or shut up.
just a thought..?
Following this up, does anyone know which Buffalo hotel is designated as the ‘stay place’ for our home opponents? I imaging their entire staff is in as much of a bubble as a hotel is capable of doing. Counter help/maid service/concierge/management/
maintenance/bellhops?
I admit to loving the national attention an excellent team provides, but this has disaster written all over it. Especially so, when trying to convince the Gov’na to allow fans in the stands.
This is not likely the kind of attention I prefer, but I guess it’s gonna come with the territory.
