  1. This guy is a class act. If he can get past the overbearing parent /Tiger's dad thing; high hopes for him.
  2. Green Bay looks a step ahead... Ellison called interference, EXACTLY the same infraction...
  3. Comments now that I get to see the game... Pick on Evans was CLEARLY interference. Suspect that might have been called in the reg season. Edwards holding on to the ball too long, JP disease.
  4. I disagree. He seemed sad and contrite. He never thought Dallas would cut him. He has no idea what he's in for.
  5. The Bills will crush TO's soul. He will weep openly at the first catastrophic loss. This is gonna be epic.
  6. Absolutely love this signing. Creates interest. Who cares if he complains? at least there will be something to talk about.
  7. You guys are dreaming anyway, DJ is here for at least next year, even if he loses out. But if we are dreaming... COWHER
  8. Love that picture by the way. I'm in it; somewhere to the left.
  9. What a joke Dolphins fans are - there is noone there
  10. And why is he on the team? Because Marv wanted to draft him. Marv is the source of all good things.
  11. Housh is a number two rec? On which team, the Fouts era Chargers? Two years from now everyone will be saying; "Remember Peters? He used to be good, what happened to him?"
  12. OK let the derisive commentary begin. But here is my idea: Trade " I don't feel like playing" disgruntled annoyance Peters to Cincy for Houshmandzadeh. Start Evans, Housh and Parrish/Hardy; or add Reed in a 4 wr set. Set the OL the way we did at the beginning of the year. Then run a quick release Patsy style offense, (but with more runs mixed in) out of the shotgun. One of those receivers is going to have a good matchup on every play.
  13. Listen dumbasses ,Bills should beat this team. There is a rebuilding paradigm, and the Cards are a year or two behind us. Cards will be a team to be reckoned with in the future. They have not seen a D like this. Bills 24-7. Two picks fist half. Hear me now or mock me later. Then they beat SD; Mayhem ensues. lose four in a row; rally to make playoffs. Make no mistake.
  14. The Evans pass was, once again, right on the money. Trent is the mistake resistant, "make a decision" QB we have longed for. Evans deserves major league money; his one fault, consistency, has seemed to fade with the ascendence of the OL. At this point we can split the rest of the games and be 10-6. Home playoff game is not out of the question. OK. So here's the question: Did last year's plague of injuries rise the team to a new level because second teamers (Wilson, Jackson, etc.) got all that experience?
  15. Lou Piccone, he would not catch a pass for like three games, then he would catch a bomb for 85 yards.
  16. I was at that game as well, would contribute to the fund to buy that tape. If someone does get it, PLEASE contact me; my email is fishmonger@mac.com. I remember myself and my now deceased father watching as they threw the goalposts out of the stadium, tied them to some guys van, and drove off. Somebody has those goalposts. I remember the security guards not interfering because they were too busy celebrating. Were they high fiving, or was that pre-high five? Yes, kids there was a time pre- high five.
  17. I think with Bulger in the Bills cover easily, but it always seems that when teams switch QB's they do well the first week. See Cassel vs Jests. Disagree that Cards is a trap game, everyone is taking them much more seriously this year.
  18. The answer, in case you missed it; Bills back Fred Jackson explained why he was face down on the field before a couple of Buffalo kickoff returns in Jacksonville. He said it was a ploy cooked up by special teams coach Bobby April to try to cause a few of the Jaguars coverage men to lose their focus. Said Jackson: “We were just trying to get any advantage we could. I was laying down to see if I could distract some of the Jaguar players when they were coming down and get them to focus on me instead of T [Terrence McGee] returning the kick. It was just a little distraction to see if I could distract somebody. I think it worked for the most part. I think I got two or three guys watching me instead of paying attention to T.”
