It's interesting, many of these teams aren't were honestly us and KC are and that gap is closing. The past 2 offseasons we really haven't moved the needle. I freely admit and agree the degree of needle movement is of a much smaller magnitude than any other team. Edge and a true lack of a pass rush is a big deal. I know we spent 2 picks on that last year, but how much can we expect this year from them?

Not all the choices will count against the cap, only the top 51... I start to wonder if cb2, is viewed as a big need in our defense....seems more like the 2 safeties white and taron lock it down fairly well. Our scheme my dictate that cb2 does not have to be a 2nd all pro DB just a capable zone guy....

Couple reasons, they are holding out for a trade to get finalized, the wr market in fa is nutty and they are now looking at keeping him, or that is a quick transaction and they are focusing on the restructures and new contracts, etc
