I disagree. When the starters are playing the starters if is a valid yardstick of progress. Yes it is a vanilla playbook, but that is more of a valid test. Since it is vanilla playbook of starters against starters it comes down to execution and since some backups are in, some improvational skills are tested as well.

I cant believe you actually said that ! You as well as anyone knows that is where you can evaluate your QB's progress. If they struggle in pre-season then they are not ready. If they are lighting it up they are ready for the next step. Who pissed in your corn flakes this morning? Or do you have a personal problem with my posts?

I've watched quite a few games myself, and I know we need an upgrade at QB. I also know we havn't seen enough of JP Losman to come anywhere close to drawing any conclusions. I will make my decision if JP's ready after seeing the third pre-season game this year.

We definately need an upgrade at the kicker position.

I also saw the phrases senses pocket pressure and easily evades the rushers ! That part sounds good.

That is good for the 3 second hanging on to the ball to long. I was hoping to develop some sense of a pocket awareness. I can wake up from a dead sleep hungover if someone is even peering at me through a crack in the door. Let alone a large man going to sack my ass. He is brain dead to say the least. Does he even have pulse? Or is it if your IQ is below 25 you have the brain neurons of a sea slug.

If anyone sees him, run up to him from his right or left side and deck him as hard as you can. He either will get a pocket awareness or retire from injuries. Either result is OK with me.

Just curious what the concensus is.

Especially tough when Drew is your QB. I really really hope he is replaced next year. I will not watch another game with Drew as the QB. I will be doing something else until I hear another QB is named the starter !

I thought that as well. We had the momentum at that point. Baed decision, playing not to lose. Should have went for it. No matter, we would have been spanked by any team next week anyways. Bledsoe must go !

It saved us being embarassed in the playoffs by the 1st string unit of some team. We got spanked by backups. This team is not ready for the playoffs. Until Bledsoe is replaced we will never make the playoffs again.
