Maybe a visitor needs the Santa Monica , Pacific Palisades experience but, I used to live and hang in East Los Angeles back in the day. It's really not so bad once you understand the ebb and flow. I had good friend that ran a sweat shop sewing jeans and stuff. My wife taught in the Elementary schools. Dont get me wrong , I prefer Malibu but you can have fun in East LA.

Petco has a sonic pet trainer. It has a negative and positive button. When the dog barks zap it with the negative sound. Unaudible to humans. I use it to train my yappy dogs and it works great.

I've often wondered if mobsters had secretly threatened to kill refs and or their families if the ref. didn't influence the outcome of a game and threaten worse stuff if they talk about it. Has anybody ever studied the accidental death rate of NFL refs and if it's higher than the national average ?

I wouldn't have said those things either, but I'm just saying when you announce to total stranger wearing Bills gear that MM was your cousin, you have to know that not everyone was a fan and you might hear some crap about it. Not everyone is going to be a pleasant hi fivein fan.

I've been reading the flack going back to Macroni, most of it is undeserved IMHO. This guy walks up to a total stranger in a Walmart and annouces MM is his cousin. He has to be ready for anyhting that may come back at him. Yes he probably wont do that again. If you were in a social setting as members of some set (Wedding, group, etc.,) then it would be extremely rude. Why MM chose to leave Buffalo was because his kids were being chided and threatened, now that was rude. I would have left Buffalo as well if my kids were being pestered at school.

Correct, the seller knows they are paying the 3% to someone's buying agent and should not care who it is really. Thus a buyers agent can be aggressive as all hell with no regard for the seller. Any buyer's agent who cares about the seller in any shape or form is a crappy agent. The buyers agent represents the buyer only. I use one broker exclusively when buying or selling real estate and that broker is an aggressive shark on my behalf.

Not sure if Virginia is the right climate for Lantana or Verbania but they are very drought and sun tolerant, spread quickly and have nice flowers most of the time. Used for groundcover quite a bit in California.
