Finally called to cancel DirecTV. I have been a customer since the 90's with C band , but I cancelled for real in 2008, so my record only shows a customer since then. Anyways I called to say ATT Uverse is offering a better deal right now and I want to cancel. Right away they offered Sunday Ticket for free with a 1 year commitment and lowered my monthly bill by dropping HD receivers monthly charges by $8 a month. Feels good to get it for free since I paid full price last year.

After seeing the Jets game. I'm revising to 7 or 8 wins maybe.

I heard one of the announcers in a pre season game, Tasker I think, say that VY wasn't willing to put in the work needed to learn the offense. So they had to let him go.

I've seen a few games at QComm when the Bills play and I usually wear my Bills gear. I stay respectful and usually have had good conversations about football with the people around me. When the Raiders played at the Colosseum, I would never wear Bills gear. You could lose your life at the Colosseum. Hell, you could lose your life just in the neighborhood the Colosseum is in. He seemed pretty respectful to me Big Cat. I don't think he deserved any smack down.

There are a lot of smart computer people on this board. Earlier today Norton said my services.exe was infected and needed to be replaced. I was getting tons of undeliverable mail coming to my inbox that I didn't send. Also mysterious and unexplained process using 80% of my systems resources. I restored the system and got rid of the infected services.exe file. But I still had 75% of the systems CPU being used by something. Task manager didn't show any process hogging the system. Services shows a ton of services but not how much they are using. Any ideas on what is happening? My system is back down to 2% of CPU being used, which is normal.

Considering all of the name calling and mud slinging that happens on here on a minute by minute basis, the occasional death threat seems pretty mild and conservative.

Can you post a link to the quote your interested in? I didn't say I can explain the concept LA is referring to, maybe after I read the article I can. I said I understand what was meant by investing in people and how we all benefit from that investment in people. I am backing off from posting on the PPP because it usually results in name calling rather than an honest discussion of the issues without anger or harsh words.
