Hi all I'm looking to take my three boys 12,9,9 to the preseason Minnesota game on 8/10. This will be their first game. I was told by a bunch of people to just show up on game day and that it scalping tickets is really easy for the preseason. Is this true? I can get 300 level on Stub hub for next to nothing. I would really like them to see the players somewhat closer. I am hesitant to buy end zone tickets even though it is a "family day" (no judgments I went to UB and may have been one of those guys long ago). My only hesitation is I would need 7 tickets all told with my family. Any thoughts?

Gabriel's Gate and Mothers are both excellent suggestions. When family comes in from out of town I take them to Gabriel's Gate for wings. I think they are as good as anywhere in the city including Duff's. Mothers is more intimate if you are looking for fine dinning. I think that fat bobs is next to mothers and that place can be A LOT of fun.

It's expensive but you get grass and clean port a pottys. The wife will even use them as they have men and women ones. It is right next to the stadium parking and it has part of the county property right next to it. That part can't be used for parking so there is some room for kids to play. The people that go there have mostly been going for years and have their spots, if you take one you may get a stink eye or two. GO early. It's the only place I used to go.
