  1. Today sucks. The Bills didn’t even play and I feel like they lost by 30.
  2. It’s interesting to speculate who that would be. Zach Wilson is the only one that I can think of. Maybe Will Levis?
  3. I wanna hire Jim Bob Cooter just because he has the best name in the league. Sounds like either a porn star or an extra on the Dukes of Hazzard.
  4. This really sucks because we’ve been waiting for the other shoe to drop for 6 years, and it’s slammed into the floor like a steel-toed boot. It feels like the world has returned to normal. Couple the Pats looking like the best team in the league with the Bills worst loss in three years. with the fact that they had that loss going into the bye and here we are. And the kicker is that our loser players all don’t give a crap and played golf with grins all week. And we have a GM who wants to die on the no weapons hill while the Pats search high and low for WRs. FML.
  5. Steelers are in a one-year window with A-Aron and will out-bid everyone. Especially after the Bengals' dogwater secondary was able to scheme the DK away.
  6. Just score a point, baby! Edmunds with a pick!
  7. Waddle will be a Steeler by Tuesday.
  8. 31-6 Browns. I'm miserable now because we lost, but I'm never too miserable to enjoy things like this.
  9. It's the Vrabel revenge game. He's petty like that. Remember him running a lateral play on a kickoff after the game was already over?
  10. Having an active trade deadline is new for the NFL, but if this were the NBA, a guy leaving a game with a bad hammy this time of year often means he's getting traded.
  11. CBS just played the Diggs Ugg commercial.
  12. The rest of the team was too busy popping bottles down at the Arkadia Day Beach Club to attend Tua's tea and cookies meeting.
  13. AFC North, if everyone is healthy.
  14. Any unmoderated fan forum would look like that.
  15. The fact that I'm not sure if this is real or not proves that satire is indeed dead.
  16. I agree. But then I remember that it's easy for us to say this, because we don't have to live with these guys for 8-10 hours a day for 6 months. There is a reason that Christian Wilkins is still sitting on his couch.
  17. The Raiders and Titans are the two worst teams in the NFL. Don't draw any conclusions about the Chiefs and Pats based on how they look today.
  18. The Vikings have everything but a QB.
  19. They were like that during the "Mac Jones 7-Game Winning Streak" in 2021.
  20. If Tua slips AT ALL, the rookie will take his place. Gotta see if they have something. That's why they did this.
  21. Yes. And that was exacerbated this week because everyone here watched them for the first time this year in the one game when they exploded offensively. As for me? I have an irrational HATRED of the Bengals ever since they drafted that cigar-chomping smug a-hole. This used to be a nice place to live. Now everyone walks around with those "better get those refunds" t-shirts. To be honest, I wish Josh Allen had some of that swagger. Burrow's attitude, when presented with a tough stretch of games by the media, is "They Gotta Play Us," meaning "I don't care about them, we're the problem for them." I like that better than "the next one is the most important one."
  22. We all want that. We’re just a little cranky that they lost like that and left the entirety of Bills Mafia two weeks to stew in that 💩 while they play 18 everyday for a week.
  23. I’m sure a lot of other teams feel exactly the same way.
  24. I shouldn’t have included the Pats in the discussion because they have so much cap space that they don’t have to play tricks right now. Sorry. What I’m talking about is the Eagles practice of paying players low annual salaries, instead compensating them via massive signing bonuses. This requires the owner to put up massive outlays of cash upfront. They then prorate that cap hit across multiple years, including 4 void years. Look at AJ Browns contract. They have pushed over 50 million of his cap hit into 4 void years. Their bill comes due in 2030 across the board, but until then they can keep signing players even though they have a QB, two WRs, a RB, and multiple defensive players that are amongst the highest players at their positions. The owner’s willingness to pay up front allows them to act like an uncapped team in a capped league.
