    As I understand it downtown was going to cost more and take up to two years more to go through the process of buying properties paying for them and then knocking them down. A lid on the place was another Billion. So you finally have a new stadium two years latter that somebody has to pay 2b for. Think prices are high now, watch think double.

    With Adrian Wojnarowski walking away from $21 m dollars (3yrs/7m) today to home and work at St Bonaventure it made me think how many million do you really need? Throw me 1m and I'd be happy. EDIT: I realize now its not the same situation for everybody. A lot depends on age, kids, locations and other variables.

    He grew up in the area 2 miles from the campus, is a alum there and has been a big supporter. He's 55 and said I've made enough I'm going home. Good for him
