NICE!! A Statue of Liberty play utilizing a hook and lateral. As they complete the pass we'll hit and knock their WR out cold, forcing him to fumble, but since the ball will be "grazing" his leg as he lays motionless, NE will keep the ball... then Brady will throw a 4th and 9 pass that goes for 7.5 yards, and the refs will just "give it to 'em"... this will of course lead to a pass into the endzone where the Bills will be flagged for a phantom pass interference call and will ultimately lead to a NE TD... this will of course only put NE down 2, and they'll summarily kick off to us and both McFumbles and Spiller will both have their hands on the ball but wont keep it, and NE will kick a 59 yd FG will no time on the clock to win the game... Yeah, I can see this happening... Lol.

That's the thing with this years team... I can see this score happening, and yet I can see it being close. You just never know what you're going to get from them. I won't go for the "moral victory" thing, but I will be ok with a good hard fought tight game. If we win, AWESOME! If we don't I'll still sleep fine Sunday night. I want the Bills to BELIEVE they are in the same realm as the Pats... even if they're not just yet. But I also want the FO to realize we still have plenty of holes to fill/upgrade.

Our DE's cannot run past Brady... they need to bring pressure, but contain him... let KW bring the pressure up the middle and take away his throwing lanes. If they do make a catch, make them PAY dearly for it.

What about his TE's?

We can't "chase" Brady and his underneath WR's. We need to punch them hard in the mouth. Same thing with his TE's...

I can see either thing happening, and not to be negative, but I'm preparing for the worst. If we can get some pressure on Brady up the middle we can cause some errant throws. The thing with NE is you have to take away his underneath stuff and his hot reads. Take Welker out early... but I dont think we have the LB's for that...

So... New England week... What will our Bills do this time? Do we have enough to pull off a win, or will the Bills break our hearts by losing in the final minutes, or not show up at all? This has been really the only two options the Bills have given us for the past 8 years with this team.

I BS say on that. The agents would be a lot happier with money from the highest bidder. Like the original poster said (and I agree with), why would he pimp himself out only to go to Philly for less money? He held up some other FA's that were trying to sign because he was out there upping the ante for his services, only to go play elsewhere for less years and less money? Again, he the right to do what he wants, but why didn't he go right to Philly? What was his agenda?

I like Moch a lot as a raw talent. Can you imagine next year haing Moats and Moch on the outside? There's enough speed to stay with WR's or TE's a as well as bring the heat to the QB from either side.

There has to BE quality people avalable to pick up, they're not just hanging out on the street corner. Give the Bills FO credit for continuing to bring in people to try to fit their system. They are finding depth right now, and possibly a starter. I just hope they dont sit on their hands in the offseason. We still need help on both sides early and often!

Joe D and a LOT of former Bills still take this team, its fans, and how well they do to heart. It's great to see them step up to assist Stevie in his time of need. He seems to have rebounded quite well... of course a 7 catch, no drop, 2 TD performance this weekend will help that even more! It would be interesting to see how many other teams have former players still have legit ties (or show that they care) to their former team like Bills players do...
