Look Pal its not my fault you are an old codge who cant identify talent when he sees it. Maybe back in your day when Sammy Baugh was slinging it (may he rest in peace) OL were a different breed. But Peters is one of if not the best player on the Bills roster. He cant throw it he cant run it he cant tackle and he cant catch. All he is supposed to do is block the man in front of him and he did a great job of that this year. He may have started off a little slow and given up a sack or two but by no means is he not deserving of the pro bowl. And it is half popularity contest and half deserved. I agree football is all about winning but you are lumping this guy in as someone who doesn't give a sh-t about his team and record. They may be how that comment came off but you dont know what he is like behind closed doors as much as I do. And lets be honest, how bad did the 90-93 teams "Want to win" all the stars were up till the morning of the game partying their asses off. And dont tell me they didnt have the talent. They got to the game 4 strait years and pissed away. You could write a book on it. And by the way I was born in 1980 so I was there for the ups and downs, I will talk to Christopher Lloyd to see if he can get the Delorian up and running so I can share in some of your pain.

Are you kidding? Go watch Rudy or some other rah rah movie. The guy is 1 of the best LT's in the game. If he didnt say making the pro bowl was great and its something you play for you would still be biiitching. What do you really expect the guy to say? Do you really think he is not disappointed with the teams record? Instead of being happy that one of our players made it to the pro bowl which is voted by his peers we want to tear the guy down because he doesnt bend over for the fans.

Well said. Peters was great in the Jets game. But everyone sees the Elam whif. Try blocking a DB coming full speed when he has a running start, not going to happen. As for the whif I am surprised he got a hand on him. The guy is one of the best LT's in the game. He stays healthy for the most part. Like MDH said if we let him go forget about having any type of passing game. You dont just plug in LT's. And drafting one will take a few years to learn the system and scheme. Center and guard are the major problems. Fix that and we are on our way to a successful offense.

Ha, god forbid we play the LT what he deserves. The guy had a great year, lil rusty after the first 2 starts but came into his own. He really is a freak of nature, the guy is massive and very light on his feet. Sign him and cut Dockery, he is atrocious, looks absolutely lost out there.
