  1. Well......Syracuse gets no love...Again!
  2. Willis McGahee Jr. But that's a good thing - I think Willis got somewhat of a bad rap here. He just said one bad thing to a magazine about the Bills moving to Toronto
  3. This Jairus cat better be better than Everette Brown, Clint Sintim, Connor Barwin, Max Unger, LeSean McCoy, Phil Loadholt, William Moore and Fili Moala...just to name a few of the players we could have had. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2009_NFL_Draft#Round_two
  4. YES 1 - He's a first team player and needs the competition 2 - It would be a major slap in the face to not give him first team reps
  5. I view his coach-speak as the perfect metaphor for his "coach not to lose philosophy" It's easier than saying "member that time when we were up by 4 pts vs the Panthers in the 2nd quarter and Coach Jauron treated the 4 pt lead like it was a 24 pt lead and he shut everything down and the Panthers came back to win it by 2 pts"
  6. "we just need to keep the game close, and hopefully will have a chance to win it with a field goal at the end."
  7. Tim Euhus, Ryan Neufeld and Mark Campbell...............Wow, what a group of tight ends!
  8. Nah, Nic Harris and Alvin Bowen will be ready by next year.
  9. Additionally, Jets fans love to compare Vernon Gholston to Mario Williams because they didn't have a lot of sacks their rookie year. The difference was that Gholston was so brutal he barely got on the field his rookie year. So that's why I said playing time.
  10. Playing time is the key this year...If Maybin sees the field a lot it means the coaches think he's doing well
  11. I think there is an outside chance of getting it reduced to 1 game.
  12. The commish normally waits until the week before the reg season (as in Brandon Marshall last year) so I'll guess the week of Sept 7.
  13. Barry and Lavone say that's a lot of pudding 240$ worth of pudding
  14. Agreed - I wake up around 9, turn on ESPN, make some eggs, set my fantasy teams, check this site and get ready for Countdown. Sept 13 will be a little depressing this year though, with the Bills on Mon night.
  15. There are plenty of players who've played hard for Jauron over the years: Jabari Greer Anthony Hargrove Jim Leonard The list goes on and on............
  16. Oh My God!!!! We could have had Ngata and Mangold instead of Whiff-ner and McCargo. Why wasn't I informed of this!!!
  17. Generals don't tell foot soldiers "what the plan was"................oh wait,,,,,dis da Bills. Nuh..Nuh..Nuh....Gone
  18. I'll be laughing when "da Bears" miss the playoffs....again
  19. Hardy needs to play..and learn..and be mediocre this year...so he can hopefully be ready for year 3, which is 2010.
  20. Donte Whiffner is a mini-bust: a solid starter but not what you'd like from the 8th overall pick. See "Michael Huff" for a bust.
  21. Yes - I agree - I always stay on the strip but one night is dedicated to going to Fremont St. The hourly light show, in my opinion, is the most impressive thing in Vegas.
  22. I want to play the Patriots, opening weekend, on the road, on monday night, with marshawn suspended.... we'll just get it out of the way
